Description
また、基材フィルムは延伸、未延伸のどちらでも良いが、連続的なアンカーコート処理、ハードコート処理やバリア性薄膜の成膜加工への適性、用途に合わせた他の材料との積層等の後加工適性等を考慮すると、機械的強度や寸法安定性を有するものが良く、二軸方向に任意に延伸されたフィルムが好ましい。基材の厚さはとくに制限を受けるものではなく、積層体として上記した加工適正を考慮すると、実用的には3〜200μmの範囲が好ましく、特に30〜150μmとすることが好ましい。
アンカーコート層20の厚さは、0.05μm〜10μm、より好ましくは0.1μm〜5μmである。アンカーコート層の厚さが0.05μm未満では、塗布抜け等が起こり、基材とハードコート層との密着性が不足し、且つ、本発明の積層体の構成で重要な役割を発揮する皮膜の柔軟性・クッション性が発現しない。また、厚さが5μmを超えると、基材とハードコート層との密着性向上効果が頭打ちとなり、また経済的にも不利になる。このアンカーコート層の厚さは、透過型電子顕微鏡、走査型電子顕微鏡、マイクロメーター等を用いることによって測定可能である。
厚さ125μmのPETフィルム(東レ株式会社製 ルミラーX10S)の表面に、ポリエステル骨格を導入したアクリル樹脂(総研化学工業社製サーモラック)とアクリル系樹脂(総研化学工業社製アクトフロー)とを、樹脂の固形分質量比で70:30にて配合した塗布液を、グラビアコート法で塗布・乾燥して、固形分塗布量として0.5g/m2のアンカーコート層を設けた。次に、このアンカーコート層の表面上に、フェノキシポリエチレングリコールメタクリレート(新中村化学社製 AMP20GY)を塗布し、電子線硬化して、膜厚0.5μmのハードコート層を形成した。この上に、電子線加熱方式による真空蒸着法により厚さ40nmの酸化珪素蒸着膜からなるガスバリア性薄膜層を作成し、積層体を作成した。
厚さ125μmのPETフィルム(東レ株式会社製 ルミラーX10S)の表面に、アンカーコート層を設けず、フェノキシポリエチレングリコールメタクリレート(新中村化学社製 AMP20GY)を塗布し、電子線硬化して、膜厚0.5μmのハードコート層を形成した。この上に、電子線加熱方式による真空蒸着法により厚さ40nmの酸化珪素蒸着膜からなるガスバリア性薄膜層を作成し、積層体を作成した。
<比較例2>
厚さ125μmのPETフィルム(東レ株式会社製 ルミラーX10S)の表面に、ポリエステル骨格を導入したアクリル樹脂(総研化学工業社製サーモラック)とアクリル系樹脂(総研化学工業社製アクトフロー)とを、樹脂の固形分質量比で70:30にて配合した塗布液を、グラビアコート法で塗布・乾燥して、固形分塗布量として0.5g/m2のアンカーコート層を設けた。この上にハードコート層を設けずに、電子線加熱方式による真空蒸着法により厚さ40nmの酸化珪素蒸着膜からなるガスバリア性薄膜層を作成し、積層体を作成した。
上記した各ラミネートフィルムの水蒸気透過率(g/m2・day )を測定した。測定はモコン(MOCON)法を用いて行い、測定時の測定条件は40℃−90%R.H.とした。その測定結果を、表1に示す。
上記した各ラミネートフィルムのラミネート強度(単位:N/15mm)を、初期、及び、85℃85%RH 2000Hrs保存後に測定した。測定は、日本工業規格JIS K6854−3:1999「接着剤―剥離接着強さ試験方法−第3部:T型剥離」で規定されている試験方法に従って測定した。試験にはオリエンテック社テンシロン万能試験機RTC−1250を用いた。その測定結果を、表1に示す。

Claims (4)
- プラスチック基材の少なくとも一方の面に、アクリル酸エステル重合体を50質量%以上含むアンカーコート層と、紫外線または電子線により反応・硬化させた(メタ)アクリル樹脂を50質量%以上含むハードコート層と、無機化合物からなるバリア性薄膜層とが、この順番で積層されていることを特徴とする積層体。
- 前記基材が、数平均分子量が18000〜40000の範囲で、環状オリゴマー含有量が1.5質量%以下、固有粘度が5×10−5m3/g以上の耐加水分解性を有するポリエステル基材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載する積層体。
- 前記ハードコート層に含まれる(メタ)アクリル樹脂が、アルコキシシリル基と(メタ)アクリル基を併せ持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載する積層体。
- 前記バリア性薄膜層を構成する無機化合物が、酸化珪素であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載する積層体。
