Claims (2)
- ベースフレームと、前記ベースフレームの上部に位置する受けフレームと、前記受けフレームの上部に固定結合される受け台と、前記受けフレームとベースフレームとの間に相互に回動自在に枢結される複数のリンク部材と、前記リンク部材と前記ベースフレームに結合されて、前記受けフレームを上下にリフティングさせる複数の油圧シリンダと、前記受け台にスライド可能に結合されるスライド部材と、を含むシザーズリフトが複数設けられて航空機の周辺に配置され、
前記スライド部材の端部は、前記航空機の外部表面と一致する形状を有し、
前記スライド部材は、前記受け台から前記航空機の方向にスライドされて前記端部が前記航空機に密着し、作業者が高低によって作業し得るようにしたことを特徴とする、ユニバーサルプラットホームを用いた航空機の組立方法であって、
(a)天井クレーンを用いて前記航空機を前記ユニバーサルプラットホームの一側に移動させる段階と、
(b)前記航空機の損傷を防止することができるように、前記ユニバーサルプラットホームの全体を下降させる段階と、
(c)前記航空機をリフトジャッキに装着する段階と、
(d)前記ユニバーサルプラットホームを作業位置に上昇させる段階と、
(e)前記スライド部材を航空機に密着させる段階と、
(g)前記航空機に主翼と車輪を装着する段階と、
(h)前記ユニバーサルプラットホームを下降させる段階と、
(i)前記車輪を用いて、前記航空機を次の工程が行われる前記ユニバーサルプラットホームの他側に移動させる段階と、
(j)前記(e)段階を再実施したあと、フラップ及び水平尾翼を装着して前記航空機を完成する段階と、
(k)前記ユニバーサルプラットホームを前記航空機から離隔させたあと、前記航空機を移動させる段階と、を含み、
一連の工程が連続的に行われることを特徴とする、航空機の組立方法。 - 前記受け台は、上方向に折れ曲がったフォルダ部材をさらに具備し、
(f)前記(e)段階と同じときに前記油圧シリンダを作動して、前記フォルダ部材を上方向に立てる段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の航空機の組立方法。
