Description
Claims (15)
- ワーク及び工具のためのキャリア装置を有する工作機械であって、
第1の軸(X)周りに枢動可能で、且つ機械スタンド(1)において案内されるキャリッジ(26,27)上に収容されるコンソール(25)と、
前記コンソール(25)上に配置される、ワーク又は工具のためのキャリア(51,62)と、
前記キャリッジを第2の軸(Y)に沿って変位させるための駆動装置と
を含む工作機械において、
前記コンソール(25)は、前記コンソール(25)上に配置される前記キャリア(51;62)をキャリッジ(26,27)の直線運動によって且つ前記コンソール(25)の側壁(2,3)に対する動的な連結によって様々な動作位置へ枢動できるように、両キャリッジ(26,27)に支持されるとともにクランク状アーム(43,44)を介して前記側壁(2,3)にヒンジによって取り付けられていることを特徴とする工作機械。 - 枢動ブリッジとして形成された前記コンソール(25)が、その前方端部において、2つの側方回転軸受(33,34;37,38)を介して、2つの側方キャリッジ(26,27)に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 前記両キャリッジ(26,27)が、横断支持体を介して互いに固定接続され、寸法安定性のあるキャリッジ構造体の一部を形成していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の工作機械。
- 前記クランク状アーム(43,44)の自由端が、前記機械スタンド(1)の前記側壁(2,3)において回転軸受(45〜48)に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記クランク状アーム(43,44)が、湾曲形状を有し、且つ、その一端には内側を向く軸受ブッシュ(41,42)を、その他端には外側を向く軸受ブッシュ(45,46)を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の工作機械。
- 前記コンソール25における前記クランク状アーム(43,44)の軸受(39〜42)が、前記キャリッジ(26,27)における前記コンソール(25)の前記回転軸受(33,34;37,38)に対して所定の距離を有することを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の工作機械。
- 前記コンソール(25)における前記クランク状アーム(43,44)の前記軸受(39〜42)と、前記コンソール(25)における前記キャリッジ(26,27)上の前記コンソール(25)の前記回転軸受(33,34;37,38)とが共通面に位置していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の工作機械。
- 前記コンソールが、関節状に、前記機械スタンド(1)の前記固定機械部分に単一の関節状支柱(ストラット)を介して動的に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記キャリッジ構造体(26,27)が、前記機械スタンド(1)の前記側壁(2,3)と台座(55,56)上のスタンド前部(4)の前記側壁(20,21)とに取り付けられたガイドレール(30,31;57,58)上をモータによって変位させることができることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記ガイドレール(30,31)が水平面上をY座標軸方向に延びていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の工作機械。
- 前記ガイドレールが前方下端から後方上端へと鋭角に傾斜するように延びていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の工作機械。
- 保持手段(62)がワークを旋回させるためにコンソール(25)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記保持手段(62)が、ワーク又は工具をクランプすることができる回転駆動可能なチャック状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の工作機械。
- 少なくとも1つの電動リニアモータ(23,35;24,36)が、前記キャリッジ構造体(26,27;59,60)の直線移動のための駆動アセンブリとして設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 同期された2つの電動リニアモータ(23,35;24,36)が、前記機械スタンド(1)の前記側壁(2,3)の内面における面取りされた台座上に、同じ傾斜角度で互いに反対方向に傾斜して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の工作機械。
