Description
本発明は、少なくとも2つの構成部材区分をもって、相互間隔を置いて配置された同軸的な2つの組込み箇所に嵌め込まれるべき細長い構成部材を整直させるための方法に関する。
細長い構成部材を整直させるための本発明による方法は、たとえば2つの構成部材部分の接合および溶接時に生じる、構成部材の取付けのために設けられた当該構成部材の組込み領域の間で当該構成部材における非同軸性の存在を、製造技術的に簡単な方法で取り除くことができるという利点を有している。この場合、構成部材の長さに関する同心精度、つまり構成部材の両組込み領域の軸線の間の同軸性が得られる。たとえば、弁座支持体と接続管片とから組み合わされた管状の構成部材が、弁座支持体に設けられた少なくとも1つの組込み区分と、接続管片の自由端部の近傍に設けられた1つの組込み区分とを有している燃料噴射弁では、本発明による方法により、構成部材における組込み区分の間隔が約100mmである場合、50〜150μmの同心精度を形成可能である。
Claims (4)
- 少なくとも2つの構成部材区分をもって、相互間隔を置いて配置された同軸的な2つの組込み箇所に嵌め込まれるべき細長い構成部材(13)を整直させるための方法において、
前記構成部材(13)が、接合された少なくとも2つの構成部材部分から成っており、
前記構成部材部分の接合を、前記構成部材部分の互いに向かい合った端面を付き合わせ式に載着することにより行い、
接合された構成部材部分を、溶接により互いに結合し、
前記構成部材区分の同軸性を検査し、該同軸性からの存在する偏差(a)を測定し、前記構成部材部分のうちの一方の構成部材部分の、前記構成部材区分の間に位置する表面領域に、半径方向および周方向で画定された少なくとも1つの材料溶融部(32)を、該材料溶融部(32)の冷却時に開始する軸方向の収縮により前記構成部材区分の同軸性が、少なくとも許容可能な範囲内で生ずるような大きさに形成し、この場合に、
同軸性からの偏差(a)の大きさおよび方向を測定し、前記材料溶融部(32)の形成を、前記構成部材(13)の、測定された前記偏差(a)の方向に対して直径上で反対の表面領域で実施し、
複数の材料溶融部(32)を、両構成部材部分の結合箇所の近傍に、相互間隔を置いて周方向で相並んで形成することを特徴とする、細長い構成部材を整直させるための方法。 - 前記材料溶融部(32)の形成を、レーザによって実施する、請求項1項記載の方法。
- 前記構成部材部分が、管またはスリーブのような中空円筒体である、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 互いに接合させかつ材料接続式に結合させたい構成部材部分として、燃料噴射弁の中空円筒状の接続管片(11)と、磁石ハウジング(18)を備えた電磁石(14)により所定の領域にわたって取り囲まれた中空円筒状の弁座支持体(12)とを使用し、嵌め込まれるべき構成部材区分を、一方では接続管片(11)の自由端部に、他方では磁石ハウジング(18)と、弁座支持体(12)の、該磁石ハウジング(18)とは反対側の端部とに対応配置させる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
