Description
前記一体型電極板510は図5Bを参照して説明した電極タブ136と同じように延長領域136a、傾斜部136b及び無地部136cを具備した電極タブ512を具備するように前記傾斜部136bが前記電極タブ512の所定位置に位置するように打ち抜き加工を行う。

Claims (4)
- 第1電極集電体及び前記第1電極集電体の少なくとも一側表面上に具備された第1電極活物質層を含む第1電極板;
第2電極集電体及び前記第2電極集電体の少なくとも一側表面上に具備された第2電極活物質層を含む第2電極板;及び
前記第1電極板と第2電極板の間に介在し、前記第1電極板と第2電極板を絶縁するセパレータ;
を含み、
前記第1電極板は前記第1電極集電体の一側側面から延長された第1電極タブを含み、
前記第1電極タブの延長領域まで前記第1電極活物質層がコーティングされて具備され、
前記第2電極板は、前記第2電極集電体の一側側面から延長された第2電極タブを含み、
前記第2電極タブの延長領域まで前記第2電極活物質層がコーティングされて具備され、
前記第1電極タブは、前記第1電極活物質層の延長領域から延長されており、前記第1電極活物質層の延長領域の表面から延長された延長線に対して鋭角をなすように傾斜して具備された傾斜部を含み、
前記第2電極タブは、前記第2電極活物質層の延長領域から延長されており、前記第2電極活物質層の傾斜部は、前記第2電極活物質層の延長領域の表面から延長された延長線に対して鋭角をなすように傾斜して具備された傾斜部を含み、
前記第1電極活物質層又は第2電極活物質層の傾斜部は、それぞれ前記第1電極タブ又は第2電極タブの延長領域と無地部の間に位置し、少なくとも一部が平面状に形成されており、
前記第1電極板、第2電極板及びセパレータが多層に積層され、ゼリーロール形状に巻き取られた電極組立体を含むことを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記第1電極活物質層及び第2電極活物質層の傾斜部は、前記第1電極活物質層及び第2電極活物質層の延長領域うち、それぞれに対応する前記延長領域から前記無地部に向けた吹き込みにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、
前記電極組立体を収容し、一側に開口部を具備した缶;
前記缶の開口部を介して挿入され、前記第1電極タブ及び第2電極タブがそれぞれ貫通する第1貫通孔及び第2貫通孔を具備した絶縁プレート;
前記缶の開口部を密閉し前記第1貫通孔を介して延長された第1電極タブと電気的に連結される電極端子、及び前記電極端子とは絶縁され前記第2貫通孔を介して延長された第2電極タブと電気的に連結されるプレート電極を含むキャッププレート;及び
前記キャッププレート上に具備され前記電極端子とプレート電極と電気的に連結され、前記二次電池の充放電を制御する制御素子、及び前記二次電池を外部機器と電気的に連結する外部端子を具備した保護回路モジュール;
を含む、請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記二次電池は、
前記電極組立体を収容する収容部を具備した本体と前記本体を覆うカバーを含むパウチ;
前記電極組立体の第1電極タブ及び第2電極タブが延長されて連結され、前記二次電池の充放電を制御する制御素子、及び前記二次電池を外部機器と電気的に連結する外部端子を具備した保護回路モジュール;
を含み、
前記本体とカバーの周縁は前記収容部を密閉する密封部を具備することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。
