Description
(b)少なくとも1の第二の反応器中で、該得られた懸濁物をさらに反応させる段階

[3]第二の反応器が、連続撹拌槽反応器、管式反応器またはバッチ反応器から選択される、[1]または[2]に従う重合方法。
[4]連続的に実施される、[1]〜[3]のいずれか1項に従う重合方法。
[5]直列に接続された少なくとも2の連続撹拌槽反応器を使用し、連続的に該方法が実施され、段階a)から得られた水性懸濁物が少なくとも1の下流の連続撹拌槽反応器中に供給され、重合温度において0.0001〜0.5時間の半減期を有する少なくとも1の開始剤が、第一の反応器の下流の連続撹拌槽反応器か、あるいは第一の反応器の下流の複数の連続撹拌槽反応器のうちの少なくとも1に配量される、[1]〜[4]のいずれか1項に従う重合方法。
[6]連続撹拌槽反応器のうちの少なくとも1が、凝縮器を備えている、[1]〜[5]のいずれか1項に従う重合方法。
[7]第一の連続撹拌槽反応器の下流の1または複数の連続撹拌槽反応器が還流凝縮器を備えており、当該1または複数の凝縮器の還流が第一の連続撹拌槽反応器に流れる、[1]〜[6]のいずれか1項に従う重合方法。
[8]第一の反応器の下流の1の連続撹拌槽反応器か、あるいは第一の反応器の下流の複数の第二の反応器のうちの少なくとも1、好ましくは複数の連続撹拌槽反応器のうちの少なくとも1に配量される開始剤が、重合温度において0.001〜0.4時間の半減期を有する、[1]〜[7]のいずれか1項に従う重合方法。
[9]第一の反応器の下流の1の連続撹拌槽反応器か、あるいは第一の反応器の下流の複数の連続撹拌槽反応器のうちの少なくとも1に配量される開始剤が、重合温度において0.01〜0.3時間の半減期を有する、[8]に従う重合方法。
Claims (7)
- (a)連続撹拌槽反応器中で、開始剤、塩化ビニル、および1以上の任意的なコモノマーを含んでいる水性懸濁物を反応させる段階、および
(b)少なくとも1の下流の連続撹拌槽反応器中で、該得られた懸濁物をさらに反応させる段階
を含む、5未満のペクレ数を有する直列に接続された少なくとも2つの連続撹拌槽反応器を用いる重合方法であって、段階(a)の連続撹拌槽反応器中の塩化ビニルの転化レベルが10〜60重量%であり、重合温度において0.0001〜0.5時間の半減期を有する少なくとも1の開始剤が、第一の反応器の下流の連続撹拌槽反応器かあるいは第一の反応器の下流の複数の連続撹拌槽反応器のうちの少なくとも1に配量される、連続して実施される、重合方法。 - 前記転化レベルが20〜40重量%である、請求項1に従う重合方法。
- 連続的に実施される、請求項1又は2に従う重合方法。
- 連続撹拌槽反応器のうちの少なくとも1が、凝縮器を備えている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に従う重合方法。
- 第一の連続撹拌槽反応器の下流の1または複数の連続撹拌槽反応器が還流凝縮器を備えており、当該1または複数の凝縮器の還流が第一の連続撹拌槽反応器に流れる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に従う重合方法。
- 第一の反応器の下流の1の連続撹拌槽反応器か、あるいは第一の反応器の下流の複数の第二の反応器のうちの少なくとも1に配量される開始剤が、重合温度において0.001〜0.4時間の半減期を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に従う重合方法。
- 第一の反応器の下流の1の連続撹拌槽反応器か、あるいは第一の反応器の下流の複数の連続撹拌槽反応器のうちの少なくとも1に配量される開始剤が、重合温度において0.01〜0.3時間の半減期を有する、請求項6に従う重合方法。
