Description
Claims (15)
- 中心部に軸受台を有するモーター台と、
前記軸受台の中に収容されるベアリングと、
羽根車と、を具備し、
前記羽根車は、
上面と前記上面の外周から軸方向に延びる側面を有する金属ケースと、
前記金属ケースの周囲に外装されるハブと、
前記ハブの外面周囲に配置される複数の羽根と、
前記上面の中心部から突き出て前記軸受台を貫通する回転シャフトと、を備え、
隆起したリング構造は前記金属ケースの前記上面には形成されず、前記回転シャフトと前記金属ケースはレーザー溶接法によって相互に結合され、
前記軸受台の外面周囲にステーターが配置され、
前記金属ケースの内壁に磁気素子が配置され、前記ステーターの位置に前記磁気素子が合わせられる、ファン。 - 前記金属ケースの前記上面は、0.1から2.0mmの厚みを有する、請求項1に記載のファン。
- 開口は前記金属ケースの前記上面の前記中心部に形成され、前記回転シャフトは前記開口に挿入される、請求項1に記載のファン。
- 前記回転シャフトは、金属シャフトでできている、請求項1に記載のファン。
- エンボス加工された凹部は、前記回転シャフトには形成されない、請求項1に記載のファン。
- 前記羽根は、前記ハブと一体的に形成される、請求項1に記載のファン。
- 前記金属ケースは、前記上面より低い水平面に下位上面を更に具備し、
前記金属ケースが前記ハブを外装すると、前記金属ケースの前記下位上面は前記ハブによって保護される、請求項1に記載のファン。 - 前記ファンは、前記ファンの外周部分に配置されるファンフレームを更に具備する、請求項1に記載のファン。
- 前記ファンの全厚は、10mm未満である、請求項1に記載のファン。
- 中心部に軸受台を有するモーター台と、
前記軸受台の中に収容されるベアリングと、
羽根車と、を具備し、
前記羽根車は、
上面と前記上面の外周から軸方向に延びる側面を有する金属ケースと、
前記金属ケースの外面周囲に配置される複数の羽根と、
前記上面の中心部から突き出て前記軸受台を貫通する回転シャフトと、を備え、
隆起したリング構造は前記金属ケースの前記上面には形成されず、前記回転シャフトと前記金属ケースはレーザー溶接法によって相互に結合され、
前記軸受台の外面周囲にステーターが配置され、
前記金属ケースの内壁に磁気素子が配置され、前記ステーターの位置に前記磁気素子が合わせられる、ファン。 - 前記羽根は、金属材料でできている、請求項10に記載のファン。
- 前記羽根は、前記金属ケースと一体的に形成される、請求項10に記載のファン。
- 上面と前記上面の外周から下向きに延びる側面を有する金属ケースを提供するステップと、
前記金属ケースの前記上面の中心部から回転シャフトが突き出るように、レーザー溶接処理によって前記金属ケースと前記回転シャフトを結合させるステップと、
鋳型の中に前記回転シャフトと前記金属ケースの結合体を置くステップと、
プラスチック射出成形法によってハブと複数の羽根を製造するステップと、
中心部に軸受台を有するモーター台を提供するステップと、
前記軸受台の中にベアリングを収容するステップと、
前記軸受台の外面周囲にステーターを配置するステップと、
前記金属ケースの内壁に磁気素子を配置するステップと、
前記磁気素子が前記ステーターの位置に合わせられるように前記回転シャフトが前記ベアリングを貫通するステップと、を具備し、
前記ハブは前記金属ケースの周囲に外装され、前記羽根は前記ハブの外面周囲で配置さ
れ、
隆起したリング構造は前記金属ケースの前記上面には形成されない、ファンを製造する方法。 - 前記レーザー溶接法は、溶接点を環状プロファイルに配置することによって前記回転シャフトと前記金属ケースを結合するために実行される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザー溶接法は、溶接点を対称的に配置することによって前記回転シャフトと前記金属ケースを結合するために実行される、請求項13に記載の方法。
