Claims (6)
- 中心に開口を有し、且つ、前記開口に隣接している少なくとも1つの開孔を有する金属ベースと、プラスチックからなり、射出成型の方式によって射出成型した時に、溶融させて、前記金属ベースの前記開口の周縁と前記開孔とを覆わせて、前記金属ベースと接合されたブッシングと、を有する軸受ブラケットと、
前記ブッシングの外周縁に設置される固定子構造と、前記ブッシング内に軸受により軸支された回転軸を備え前記固定子構造と対応して設置される回転子構造と、を有するモータと、
回転子構造と接合されるインペラと、を含み、
前記金属ベースには、前記金属ベースと前記ブッシングの接合を強化する強化部が設置され、
前記強化部は、T形、長方形、台形、円形、または多角形をなし、前記金属ベースの前記開口の周縁より延伸されると共に、前記開孔が形成されており、
前記開孔は、円形、台形、長方形、または多角形をなし、
前記ブッシングは、前記強化部と接合されるファン。 - 中心に開口を有し、且つ、前記開口に隣接している少なくとも1つの開孔を有する金属ベースと、プラスチックからなり、射出成型の方式によって射出成型した時に、溶融させて、前記金属ベースの前記開口の周縁と前記開孔とを覆わせて、前記金属ベースと接合されたブッシングと、を有する軸受ブラケットと、
前記ブッシングの外周縁に設置される固定子構造と、前記ブッシング内に軸受により軸支された回転軸を備え前記固定子構造と対応して設置される回転子構造と、を有するモータと、
回転子構造と接合されるインペラと、を含み、
前記金属ベースには、前記金属ベースと前記ブッシングの接合を強化する円筒状の強化部が設置され、
前記金属ベースは、前記開口を有する底部を有し、
前記強化部は、前記金属ベースの前記底部の前記開口の周縁より延伸され、
前記開孔は、前記底部から前記強化部に渡って形成され、
前記ブッシングは、前記強化部と接合されるファン。 - 前記ブッシングの材料は、熱可塑性プラスチック、熱硬化性プラスチック、または光硬化性プラスチックである請求項1又は2に記載のファン。
- 前記ブッシングの外周縁は、前記固定子構造を固定する少なくとも1つの止め部を有する請求項1又は2に記載のファン。
- 前記止め部は、前記ブッシングと一体成型される、または前記ブッシングの一部を溶融することで形成される請求項4に記載のファン。
- 前記金属ベースの材料は、単一金属または合金である請求項1又は2に記載のファン。
