Abstract

Claims (18)
- 中心に開口を有し、且つ、前記開口の隣接に少なくとも1つの開孔、または少なくとも1つの強化部を有する金属ベースと、
射出成型の方式によって前記金属ベースと接合されるブッシングと、を含む軸受ブラケット。 - 前記強化部は、凸部、凹部、またはそれらを組み合わせた構造を含む請求項1に記載の軸受ブラケット。
- 前記強化部は、T形、長方形、台形、円形、または多角形をなし、前記開孔は、円形、台形、長方形、または多角形をなす請求項1に記載の軸受ブラケット。
- 前記ブッシングの材料は、プラスチック、冷却硬化性プラスチック、熱硬化性プラスチック、または光硬化性プラスチックである請求項1に記載の軸受ブラケット。
- 前記ブッシングの外周縁は、少なくとも1つの止め部を有する請求項1に記載の軸受ブラケット。
- 前記止め部は、前記ブッシングと一体成型される、または前記ブッシングの一部を溶融することで形成される請求項5に記載の軸受ブラケット。
- 前記金属ベースの材料は、単一金属または合金であり、前記金属ベースは、1つの底部と1つの側部とを有する請求項1に記載の軸受ブラケット。
- 前記開孔は、前記底部から前記側部に延伸される請求項7に記載の軸受ブラケット。
- 前記強化部は、前記金属ベースの底部に設置、または前記開口の周縁に設置され、且つ、前記ブッシングは、前記強化部と接合される請求項1または請求項7に記載の軸受ブラケット。
- 中心に開口を有し、且つ、前記開口の隣接に少なくとも1つの開孔、または少なくとも1つの強化部を有する金属ベースと、射出成型の方式によって前記金属ベースと接合されるブッシングと、を有する軸受ブラケットと、
前記ブッシングの外周縁に設置される固定子構造と、
前記固定子構造と対応して設置される回転子構造と、
回転子構造と接合されるインペラと、を含むファン。 - 前記強化部は、凸部、凹部、またはそれらを組み合わせた構造を含む請求項10に記載のファン。
- 前記強化部は、T形、長方形、台形、円形、または多角形をなし、前記開孔は、円形、台形、長方形、または多角形をなす請求項10に記載のファン。
- 前記ブッシングの材料は、プラスチック、冷却硬化性プラスチック、熱硬化性プラスチック、または光硬化性プラスチックである請求項10に記載のファン。
- 前記ブッシングの外周縁は、少なくとも1つの止め部を有する請求項10に記載のファン。
- 前記止め部は、前記ブッシングと一体成型される、または前記ブッシングの一部を溶融することで形成される請求項14に記載のファン。
- 前記金属ベースの材料は、単一金属または合金であり、前記金属ベースは、1つの底部と1つの側部とを有する請求項10に記載のファン。
- 前記開孔は、前記底部から前記側部に延伸される請求項16に記載のファン。
- 前記強化部は、前記金属ベースの底部に設置、または前記開口の周縁に設置され、且つ、前記ブッシングは、前記強化部と接合される請求項10または請求項16に記載のファン。
