Abstract

本发明涉及一种扇框,包括框体及被框体环绕的底座,所述底座上连接中柱以与散热风扇的叶轮转动连接,所述底座包括圆盘和自圆盘周缘向外延伸的肋条,所述肋条连接所述圆盘和框体,所述框体上还设置有缓冲元件,所述缓冲元件包括第一缓冲元件,所述第一缓冲元件形成于所述圆盘上。本发明还涉及一种采用该扇框的散热风扇。

扇框及具有该扇框的散热风扇
技术领域
本发明涉及一种散热风扇,尤指一种扇框及具有该扇框的散热风扇。
背景技术
随着电子技术的飞速发展,中央处理器等发热电子元件运行速度越来越快,其运行时产生的热量亦相应增加,为了将这些热量散发出去以保障电子元件的正常运行,业界采用风扇对电子元件进行散热。传统的风扇一般包括一定子、一转子及收容该定子及转子于内的一扇框。该定子包括定子铁心及缠绕于定子铁心上的线圈。该转子环设于定子外围,包括与线圈相对的磁铁。工作时,线圈通电使得定子产生的磁场与转子的磁铁相互作用,驱动转子相对定子运转产生风力吹向电子元件以带走电子元件产生的热量。然而,当风扇运转时,由于转子质量分布不均及马达换相产生的力矩变换,使风扇发生震动、噪音等不良。而风扇的震动容易引起风扇的安装发生松动,进而影响整个散热装置的结构稳定性。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可以有效隔绝震动的扇框及具有该扇框的散热风扇。
一种扇框,包括框体及被框体环绕的底座,所述底座上连接中柱以与散热风扇的叶轮转动连接,所述底座包括圆盘和自圆盘周缘向外延伸的肋条,所述肋条连接所述圆盘和框体,所述底座上还设置有缓冲元件,所述缓冲元件包括第一缓冲元件,所述第一缓冲元件形成于所述圆盘上,所述第一缓冲元件包括至少两层,该至少两层第一缓冲元件均为环状相互间隔且同心设置,至少两层第一缓冲元件直径不同且直径较大的一层该第一缓冲元件套设于直径较小的一层该第一缓冲元件外,所述缓冲元件还包括第二缓冲元件,所述第二缓冲元件形成于所述肋条上。
一种散热风扇,包括上述扇框和装设于扇框中的叶轮。
本发明实施方式提供的散热风扇,在扇框上设置缓冲元件,使缓冲元件形成在叶轮将其转动带来的震动传递到框体的路径上,从而使框体与叶轮的震动隔绝,进而大大降低了框体的震动,防止框体在连接到其他散热元件时由于框体的震动而与其他散热元件的连接受到影响。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供的实施例中的散热风扇1包括扇框10和装设于扇框10中的叶轮20。
所述散热风扇1可以为轴流风扇。所述扇框10包括框体11和被框体11环绕的底座12。
所述框体11呈中空矩形,其包括第一端面111和第二端面112,所述叶轮20容置于所述第一端面111和第二端面112中。
所述底座12形成于第二端面112并与第二端面112平齐。在本实施方式中,所述底座12上设有一圆盘121、若干根肋条122和中柱123。该圆盘121位于底座12的中心。所述圆盘121包括连接中柱123的内缘1211和位于周缘的外缘1212。所述肋条122呈直线状,并自圆盘121的外缘1212向外放射状延伸直至与框体11的第二端面112的内周缘连接。所述肋条12连接所述圆盘121和框体11。该中柱123呈中空状,并自圆盘121的中央向框体10内部凸设形成。该中柱123用于连接叶轮20。
所述底座12上设置有缓冲元件13。所述缓冲元件13采用阻尼材料制成,可以为硅树脂、橡胶、塑料或海绵等等具有阻尼特征的材料。
所述缓冲元件13包括第一缓冲元件131。所述第一缓冲元件131形成于所述圆盘121上。所述第一缓冲元件131为环状,并设置于所述圆盘121的内缘1211和外缘1212之间。所述第一缓冲元件131靠近外缘1212的位置设置,即,所述第一缓冲元件131距离外缘1212的距离小于所述第一缓冲元件131距离所述内缘1211的距离。
由于所述散热风扇1产生震动的原因一般为叶轮20的转动来带的,因此在扇框10上设置缓冲元件13,使缓冲元件13形成在叶轮20将其转动带来的震动传递到框体11的路径上,从而使框体11与叶轮20的震动隔绝,进而大大降低了框体11的震动,防止框体11在连接到其他散热元件时由于框体11的震动而与其他散热元件的连接受到影响。
在其他实施方式中,所述第一缓冲元件131还可以为其他形状,如矩形框体、多边形框体等等,而不限于环形。
所述第一缓冲元件131的数量可以为一层,也可以为至少两层,请同时参阅图3中本发明第二实施方式所提供的散热风扇1的剖面示意图。该至少两层第一缓冲元件131均为环状,相互间隔且同心设置。
请参阅图4-6,所述缓冲元件13还包括第二缓冲元件132,所述第二缓冲元件132形成于所述肋条122上。所述第二缓冲元件132可包括一层、两层或三层,该第二缓冲元件132形成于每一根肋条122连接所述圆盘121的位置处(请参阅图4中本发明第三实施方式所提供的散热风扇的剖面示意图),该第二缓冲元件132还形成于每一根肋条122连接所述框体11的位置处(请参阅图5中本发明第四实施方式所提供的散热风扇的剖面示意图),该第二缓冲元件132还形成于每一根肋条122连接所述框体11的位置和连接所述圆盘121的位置之间的位置处(请参阅图6中本发明第五实施方式所提供的散热风扇的剖面示意图)。形成于这些肋条122上的第二缓冲元件132位于同一圆周上。
请参阅图7,本发明第六实施方式所提供的散热风扇的剖面示意图,所述缓冲元件13还包括第三缓冲元件133,所述第三缓冲元件133形成于所述框体11上。所述第三缓冲元件133的形状与所述框体11的形状一致。在本实施方式中,所述框体11为中空的矩形,则所述第三缓冲元件133的形状也为中空的矩形,两者大小一致。
本发明实施方式提供的散热风扇1,在扇框10上设置缓冲元件13,使缓冲元件13形成在叶轮20将其转动带来的震动传递到框体11的路径上,从而使框体11与叶轮20的震动隔绝,进而大大降低了框体11的震动,防止框体11在连接到其他散热元件时由于框体11的震动而与其他散热元件的连接受到影响。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种扇框,包括框体及被框体环绕的底座,所述底座上连接中柱以与散热风扇的叶轮转动连接,所述底座包括圆盘和自圆盘周缘向外延伸的肋条,所述肋条连接所述圆盘和框体,其特征在于:所述底座上还设置有缓冲元件,所述缓冲元件包括第一缓冲元件,所述第一缓冲元件形成于所述圆盘上,所述第一缓冲元件包括至少两层,该至少两层第一缓冲元件均为环状相互间隔且同心设置,至少两层第一缓冲元件直径不同且直径较大的一层该第一缓冲元件套设于直径较小的一层该第一缓冲元件外,所述缓冲元件还包括第二缓冲元件,所述第二缓冲元件形成于所述肋条上。
2.如权利要求1所述的扇框,其特征在于:所述圆盘包括连接中柱的内缘和位于周缘的外缘,所述第一缓冲元件形成于所述内缘和外缘之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的扇框,其特征在于:所述第一缓冲元件距离所述圆盘的外缘的距离小于所述第一缓冲元件距离所述内缘的距离。
4.如权利要求1所述的扇框,其特征在于:所述第二缓冲元件包括至少一层,该第二缓冲元件形成于每一根肋条连接所述圆盘的位置处、每一根肋条连接所述框体的位置处、或每一根肋条连接所述框体的位置和连接所述圆盘的位置之间的位置处的至少一个位置处,形成于这些肋条上的第二缓冲元件位于同一圆周上。
5.如权利要求1所述的扇框,其特征在于:所述缓冲元件还包括第三缓冲元件,所述第三缓冲元件形成于所述框体上,所述第三缓冲元件的形状与所述框体的形状一致。
6.如权利要求1所述的扇框,其特征在于:所述缓冲元件采用阻尼材料,选自橡胶、塑料或海绵中的一种。
7.一种散热风扇,包括如权利要求1-6项中任意一项的扇框和装设于扇框中的叶轮。
