Claims (9)
- 長手方向に走行するウエブを外周面で支持するバックアップローラと、
前記バックアップローラと一定間隔を離れて対向配置され、塗布液をウエブに供給する塗布液供給部と、
前記塗布液供給部と前記バックアップローラとを上面で支持する一の架台と、
前記架台の底面に設けられた能動型除振装置と、
前記ウエブの張力による前記バックアップローラが受ける力の方向を、水平に対して50°〜70°の角度となるよう、前記ウエブを前記バックアップローラに案内するパスローラと、
を備えることを特徴とする塗布装置。 - 前記能動型除振装置が、センサで検知した振動成分に基づきフィードバック制御してアクチュエータを作動させ、能動的に除振を行う装置である請求項1に記載の塗布装置。
- 前記能動型除振装置が、センサで検知した振動成分に基づきフィードバック制御及びフィードフォワード制御してアクチュエータを作動させ、能動的に除振を行う装置である請求項1に記載の塗布装置。
- 前記架台の一次固有振動数が80Hz以上である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の塗布装置。
- 前記バックアップローラ前後のパスローラの一次固有振動数が20Hz以上である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の塗布装置。
- 前記架台の底面から前記バックアップローラの中心までの高さが1500mm以下である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の塗布装置。
- 前記架台の前記ウエブの走行方向の幅が750mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の塗布装置。
- バックアップローラと前記バックアップローラに対向配置された塗布液供給部とを上面で支持する一の架台を、前記架台の底面に設けられた能動型除振装置により除振し、前記バックアップローラの外周面でウエブを支持して長手方向に走行させながら前記塗布液供給部から塗布液を前記ウエブに供給する塗布方法であって、
前記バックアップローラに加えられるウエブ張力角度(β)を水平方向から50〜70°となるようにパスローラを位置調整することを含む塗布方法。 - 前記能動型除振装置が設置される床面の一次固有振動数を10Hz以上とする請求項8記載の塗布方法。
