Claims (10)
- 基板と、
該基板上に設けられた有機EL素子と、
該有機EL素子を間に挟んで前記基板と対向配置された封止板と、
前記有機EL素子を覆うように前記有機EL素子と前記封止板との間に介在するとともに前記有機EL素子の外周面を覆って形成され、前記基板及び前記封止板と接する中間層と、
該中間層及び前記有機EL素子が外部に露出しないように前記中間層の外周面を覆って形成された封止層と、
を備え、
前記中間層が前記基板と前記封止板とを接着する接着層を有し、
前記封止層が、無機材料からなり、真空成膜により形成された膜であり、前記封止板、前記基板及び前記中間層と接し、前記封止板の外周面よりも前記有機EL素子側において前記中間層の外周面と接し、前記封止板の表面のうち前記中間層と接していない部分全体を覆っており、前記中間層よりも低い透湿率を有する、有機ELパネル。 - 前記封止層の厚さが5〜10000nmである、請求項1記載の有機ELパネル。
- 前記中間層の外周面と前記EL素子の外周面との間の最短距離が2mm以下である、請求項1又は2記載の有機ELパネル。
- 前記封止板が、樹脂フィルムと該樹脂フィルム以外の層とから構成される積層体である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の有機ELパネル。
- 前記中間層全体が前記接着層から構成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の有機ELパネル。
- 前記封止層の透湿率が前記中間層の透湿率の1/5以下である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の有機ELパネル。
- 前記封止層の透湿率が0.1g/m2・day以下である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の有機ELパネル。
- 前記無機材料がAl2O3を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の有機ELパネル。
- 前記封止層がALD法により成膜された膜である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の有機ELパネル。
- 前記封止層が前記基板を20℃〜140℃に加熱しながら成膜された膜である、請求項9記載の有機ELパネル。
