Claims (3)
- 透明基板上に有機発光部が膜封止された状態で形成され、前記透明基板を通して光照射が行われる一対の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子基板を備え、
これら一対の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子基板が、前記透明基板が外側となるように互いに貼り合わされており、
第1の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子基板の有機発光部と第2の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子基板の有機発光部が一方の基板端縁側において直列に接続されており、
前記各有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子基板の有機発光部においては、透明基板側から透明電極、有機発光層、金属電極の順に積層されており、
第1の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子基板の金属電極及び第2の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子基板の透明電極は、前記一方の基板端縁側において電気的に接続されるとともに、
第1の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子基板の透明電極及び第2の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子基板の金属電極は、前記基板端縁とは反対側の基板端縁側においてそれぞれの透明基板上に取り出し電極が形成されていることを特徴とする両面発光有機エレクトロルミネッセンス照明装置。 - 前記有機発光部が平坦化層で覆われ、一対の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子基板の平坦化層同士が接着層を介して貼り合わされていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の両面発光有機エレクトロルミネッセンス照明装置。
- 前記平坦化層と接着層の間にシールド層が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の両面発光有機エレクトロルミネッセンス照明装置。
