Claims (10)
- 二つの略同一のエアドライヤ装置を備えるエアドライヤシステムであって、
それぞれは、ある状態で、第一湿り空気口と、第一入口逆止弁と、空気を乾燥させるための第一乾燥剤と、第一乾燥空気出口と、貯留設備へ乾燥空気を供給するための第一手段とを備え、
前記システムはまた、同状態において、第二乾燥剤を再生するために前記乾燥空気のわずかな部分を供給する第一通気弁と、再生中、集められた湿気を排出するための第一湿り空気抜き弁とを備え、
前記第一入口逆止弁及び前記第一湿り空気抜き弁は、空気の作用で連動されるものであり、
前記システムは、逆状態でも作動可能であり、第二湿り空気入口と、第二入口逆止弁と、第二乾燥剤と、第二乾燥空気出口と、貯留設備へ空気を供給するための第二手段と、前記第一乾燥剤を再生するために前記乾燥空気のわずかな部分を供給する第二通気弁と、第二湿り空気抜き弁とを備え、
前記第二入口逆止弁及び前記第二湿り空気抜き弁は、空気の作用で連動されるものであり、
前記各入口逆止弁と前記各乾燥剤との間に設置され、上方に開口する一対の皿状領域を有する皿状ハウジングを備え、
前記各湿り空気入口と前記各乾燥剤との間に設置され、略上向きの空気供給を規定する手段を備えた一対の空気油分離器とを備え、
各空気油分離器は、前記皿状ハウジング内にあって、前記各皿状領域上に配置され、
前記空気油分離器はそれぞれ、前記皿状ハウジングを塞ぐためのフランジ部と、前記皿状領域の内外に開口する前記フランジ部の少なくとも一つの開口部と、前記開口部より内側にある無孔中央部と、前記空気供給と対向して前記無孔中央部の下部に配置された偏向板と、前記中央部を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む略垂直に延出するフェンスとを有し、
空気流路手段は、前記無孔中央部の外側寄りに設けられ、前記開口部内に配置されたろ過材を有し、
表面活性化繊維材料は、前記中央部の下面と前記フェンスの内面に付けられ、
前記フェンスの直下へ延出する周辺部と、前記皿状領域の底部から僅かに離間する前記表面活性化繊維材料の底縁を有し、
前記空気流路手段はまた、前記各湿り空気入口から前記各入口逆止弁を通して前記各皿状領域に流入され、前記偏向板に当たった後前記表面活性化繊維材料の底縁下部を通過した空気を、前記開口部に通過させると共に当該開口部を介して上方へ向けて前記各乾燥剤に移動させてなり、
前記表面活性化繊維材料はまた、不織布の形態であり、前記各乾燥剤へ移動される油を含んだ空気からその表面上で油を吸着しようとし、空気が前記各乾燥剤から前記表面活性化繊維材料へ流れる際には、前記油を取り除こうとし、
前記各湿り空気入口は、空気とそれに含まれる油とを前記偏向板へ向け、前記空気はその後、前記表面活性化繊維材料の底縁下部を通り、前記開口部を通って上向きに前記各乾燥剤へ移動する
ことを特徴とするエアドライヤシステム。 - 前記乾燥剤は、スピニオン型カートリッジ内に収納されており、
前記乾燥剤は、円筒状のハウジングであるキャニスター内に配置された袋内に収容されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアドライヤシステム。 - 前記空気油分離器はそれぞれ、前記空気流路手段の外側寄りに設けられたフランジ部を備え、
前記フランジ部はまた、前記エアドライヤシステム内の所定箇所に、前記空気油分離器を取り外し可能に固定するのに役立つ
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアドライヤシステム。 - 前記空気流路手段は、複数のポケットを備え、
前記ポケットのそれぞれは、前記フランジ部に対応する前記開口部がその上に溶接されて、前記皿状領域内に開口する開口底部を有し、
前記ポケットのそれぞれは、前記ろ過材を収容し、
前記ポケットのそれぞれは、前記ろ過材を間に収容する一対のスクリーンを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアドライヤシステム。 - 前記無孔中央部は、扁平円錐ドームを有する板形状である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアドライヤシステム。 - 前記ろ過材がアラミド繊維材料からなる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアドライヤシステム。 - 前記アラミド繊維材料が不織布ブランケットに形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のエアドライヤシステム。 - 前記第一および前記第二の湿り空気入口を取り外し可能とする手段を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアドライヤシステム。 - 前記第一および第二の通気弁の取り外しと取り替えを可能とする手段を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアドライヤシステム。 - 前記両状態において、第一流路及び第二流路を有する弁本体を備え、
前記弁本体は、前記第一入口逆止弁及び前記第二湿り空気抜き弁と、前記第二入口逆止弁及び前記第一湿り空気抜き弁とを有し、
前記第一流路は、空気の送りを可能として、前記第二湿り空気抜き弁に前記第一入口逆止弁をつなげており、
前記第二流路は、空気の送りを可能として、前記第一湿り空気抜き弁に前記第二入口逆止弁をつなげている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアドライヤシステム。
