Claims (5)
- 第一雌型と、
第二雌型と、
回転によって前記2つの雌型の一方と対向して整合する第一雄型と、
回転によって前記2つの雌型の他方と対向して整合する第二雄型と、
を備え、且つ前記2つの雌型の一方に切断部が突設されている射出成型用金型を用いるハウジングの製造方法であって、
前記第一雌型にプリフォーム用柔軟層を配置するステップと、
前記射出成型用金型を閉じて、溶融材料を注入して前記プリフォーム用柔軟層と一体成型させて、前記第一雄型に縁部に余剰柔軟層を有する第一半製品を形成するステップと、
前記射出成型用金型を開けて、前記第二雄型が前記第一雌型と対向し、且つ前記第一雄型が前記第二雌型と対向するように前記第一雄型及び前記第二雄型を回転するステップと、
前記第一雌型にもう1つのプリフォーム用柔軟層を配置するステップと、
前記射出成型用金型を閉じて、溶融材料を注入して前記もう1つのプリフォーム用柔軟層と一体成型させて、前記第二雄型に縁部に余剰柔軟層を有する第二半製品を形成するとともに、前記第一雄型が前記第二雌型に向かって移動して前記第二雌型の切断部によって前記第一半製品のプリフォーム用柔軟層の余剰部分を切断して、ハウジングを形成するステップと、
上述した金型を閉じて溶融材料を注入し、回転及び切断の各工程を循環するステップと、
を備えることを特徴とするハウジングの製造方法。 - 前記2つの雌型の一方は、前記2つの雄型と対向し、且つ前記切断部が突設された結合面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハウジングの製造方法。
- 前記切断部が刃型であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハウジングの製造方法。
- 前記射出成型用金型は、前記第一雄型及び前記第二雄型を装着するための回転台をさらに備え、且つ前記回転台に前記第一雄型及び前記第二雄型を連動させて回転させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハウジングの製造方法。
- 前記第一雄型及び前記第二雄型の前記切断部と対応する位置に前記切断部を収容するための収容穴が凹設されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハウジングの製造方法。
