Claims (2)
- 外部の液圧源から駆動圧力室に導かれる加圧作動液によって伸張作動する液圧シリンダであって、
筒状をしたシリンダチューブと、
このシリンダチューブ内に前記駆動圧力室とクッション圧力室とを画成するピストンと、
このピストンに連結されるピストンロッドと、
中空の前記ピストンロッドの内側に画成されるエア室と、
伸張作動時に収縮する前記クッション圧力室の作動液を前記エア室へと導くオリフィスと、
前記エア室と前記駆動圧力室の圧力差が所定値以上に上昇するのに伴って前記エア室の作動液を前記駆動圧力室に戻すチェックバルブと、
このチェックバルブが収容される円筒状のバルブハウジングと、
前記バルブハウジング上に立設される前記バルブハウジングより外径が小さい円筒状のリターンパイプとを備え、
前記ピストンロッドの内周面と前記リターンパイプの外周面の間に画成される前記エア室の下方において、前記オリフィスの開口端に対峙するように配置される前記バルブハウジングの外周面と前記ピストンロッドの内周面の間に環状の絞り隙間を画成し、
伸張作動時に前記オリフィスから噴出する作動液が前記絞り隙間を通って前記エア室に流入することにより噴流音の発生を抑制することを特徴とする液圧シリンダ。 - 前記ピストン上に立設される円筒状の前記リターンパイプを備え、
前記エア室に溜まった余剰の作動液が前記リターンパイプと前記チェックバルブを通して前記駆動圧力室に戻される構成とし、
前記ピストンは、
前記ピストンロッドの外周に嵌合するピストン外環部と、
前記ピストンロッドの下端を着座させるピストン底部とを有し、
前記ピストン底部の中央部から円筒状の前記バルブハウジングが突出し、
前記リターンパイプの下端部が前記バルブハウジングの内周に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧シリンダ。
