a)920℃〜960℃の温度で焼入れするステップ、
b)820℃〜860℃の温度で第2焼入れを実行するステップ
c)620℃〜660℃の温度で焼戻すステップを含む方法によって解決される。
1)920℃〜960℃の温度で焼入れするステップ、
2)820℃〜860℃の温度で第2焼入れを実行するステップ
3)620℃〜660℃の温度で焼戻すステップ。
Claims (3)
- 圧縮機用の軸を1つの軸材料から製造する際の熱処理方法であって、下記の特定されたステップを含み、その際、前記熱処理はマルテンサイト鋼に対して実行され、前記マルテンサイト鋼の質量%で示す組成は、C:0.22〜0.32%、Si:0.15%以下、Mn:0.15〜0.40%、P:0.010%以下、S:0.007%以下、Cr:1.20〜1.80%、Mo:0.25〜0.45%、Ni:3.40〜4.00%、V:0.05〜0.15%、残部Feであることを特徴とする方法。
a)920℃〜960℃の温度で第1焼入れするステップ
b)820℃〜860℃の温度で第2焼入れするステップ
c)620℃〜660℃の温度で焼戻すステップ - 前記ステップa)、b)の焼入れ過程のとき水焼入れが行われる請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ステップc)の焼戻し過程が空気冷却下で行われる請求項1または2に記載の方法。
