Description
合、4l/min以上6l/min未満、鋼板の厚さが0.5mm以上1.2mm未満である場合には、6l/min以上10l/min未満、そして鋼板の厚さが1.2mm以上である場合には、10l/min以上20l/min以下の噴射量で噴射されることが好ましかった。このとき、噴射ノズル70aの直径φは、1.0±0.5mmであることが好ましい。
Claims (2)
- 円状に巻かれた鋼管のスキ間に母材及び溶接材のうちの何れか一つを溶融させつつ酸素遮蔽用アルゴンガスを噴射させる溶接機と、
前記鋼管の内部に設置されて、前記溶接機により溶接が進行している溶接ビード部から所定距離後方に位置した既に溶接が完了した溶接ビード部の内面に向かって、4l/min〜20l/minのアルゴンガスを噴射させる噴射ノズルの形成されたガス供給管と、を備え、
前記噴射ノズルは、前記溶接機により溶接が進行している溶接ビード部から5mm〜8mm後方に位置し、
前記アルゴンガスの噴射圧力は、0.5±0.2kg/cm2であり、
前記噴射ノズルの直径は、1.0±0.5mmであり、
前記アルゴンガスの温度は、10±5℃であり、
前記鋼管は、4m/min〜8m/minの速度で移送される、ステンレス鋼管の溶接装置。 - 溶接機を使用して酸素遮蔽用アルゴンガスを噴射させつつ母材又は溶接材を溶融させて鋼管のスキ間を溶接させるステンレス鋼管の溶接方法であって、
前記母材及び溶接材のうちの何れか一つが溶融されて、前記鋼管のスキ間に形成される溶接ビード部の内面から、前記溶接機により溶接が進行している溶接ビード部から所定距離後方に位置した既に溶接が完了して固形化された溶接ビード部の内面に向かって、4l/min〜20l/minのアルゴンガスを噴射するステップと、
噴射されたアルゴンガスが前記溶接機により溶接が進行している溶接ビード部の内面に向かって拡散されるようにするステップと、を含み、
前記アルゴンガスは、前記溶接機により溶接が進行している溶接ビード部から5mm〜8mm後方に噴射され、
前記アルゴンガスの噴射圧力は、0.5±0.2kg/cm2であり、
前記噴射ノズルの直径は、1.0±0.5mmであり、
前記アルゴンガスの温度は、10±5℃であり、
前記鋼管は、4m/min〜8m/minの速度で移送される、ステンレス鋼管の溶接方法。
