図2及び図3に示すように、耐伸縮性部材は、2重にしたものであってもよく、この耐伸縮性部材は、その遠位端27が近位端部29を備えたループ28を形成するコイルの遠位端寄りに又はかかる遠位端に取り付けられるのがよい。図1を参照すると、上述したように繊維材料、金属又は金属合金で作られたループ30を例えば接着剤、例えばシアノアクリレート接着剤で、耐伸縮性部材に取り付けるのがよい、ループ28又は30は代表的には、以下に詳細に説明するように、耐伸縮性部材を細長いプッシャ部材に取外し可能に連結するよう細長いプッシャ部材に取り付けられたコネクタ繊維又はファイバに連結されている。コイルそれ自体を例えば、図1に示すように接着剤、例えばシアノアクリレート接着剤によりコイルに取り付けられた1つ又は2つ以上のループ、例えば繊維材料のループ31により、又は、図2に示すように、受け具としてコイルの近位端に取り付けられたループ34、或いは図3に示すようにコイルの近位端のところに設けられたコイル36の変位端セグメントによって、プッシャ部材の遠位端に取外し可能に取り付けるのがよい。図4及び図5に示すように、耐伸縮性部材の近位部分37も又、例えば接着剤又は熱接着によりプッシャ部材に結合するのがよい。コイルと耐伸縮性部材の両方とプッシャ部材の連結は、コイルが耐伸縮性部材上をこれに沿って滑ってキンク箇所を露出させるのを阻止する。図3の実施形態の変形例であって、コイルをコイル36の近位端のところのコイルの変位端セグメントによりプッシャ部材の遠位端に取外し可能に取り付けてもよい図10に示す別の変形実施形態では、耐伸縮性部材は、2重にされたものであるのがよく、かかる耐伸縮性部材は、その遠位端27が、近位端29を備えたループ28を形成するコイルの遠位端寄りに取り付けられるのがよく、この近位端29は、コイルの変位端セグメント周りにループ状になっている。
Claims (18)
- 患者の血管系内に放出し、配備することができる耐伸縮性治療器具であって、
近位端及び遠位端を備えた血流閉塞コイルを有し、該血流閉塞コイルは、前記近位端と前記遠位端との間にルーメンを構成し、前記血流閉塞コイルは、該血流閉塞コイルの近位端に取り付けられたループを含み、
前記血流閉塞コイルの前記ルーメンを貫通した耐伸縮性部材を有し、該耐伸縮性部材は、第1の端及び第2の端を有し、前記耐伸縮性部材は、前記第1の端が前記血流閉塞コイルの遠位端だけにしっかりと取り付けられおり、かつ、前記第2の端が細長いプッシャ部材に取外し可能に取り付けられており、前記血流閉塞コイルは、患者の血管系内への血流閉塞コイルの配置を可能にするように、該血流閉塞コイルの近位端に取り付けられたループによって前記細長いプッシャ部材に取り付けることができ、
前記耐伸縮性部材における前記第1の端以外の箇所は、前記血流閉塞コイルに固定されておらず、前記血流閉塞コイルが患者の血管系内に配備されている状態において、前記耐伸縮性部材による前記血流閉塞コイルの補強は解除されている、
耐伸縮性治療器具。 - 前記耐伸縮性部材は、ワイヤで作られている、請求項1記載の耐伸縮性治療器具。
- 前記耐伸縮性部材は、金属で作られている、請求項1記載の耐伸縮性治療器具。
- 前記耐伸縮性部材は、白金及びニッケルチタン合金から成る群から選択された材料で作られている、請求項1記載の耐伸縮性治療器具。
- 前記耐伸縮性部材は、放射線不透過性である、請求項1記載の耐伸縮性治療器具。
- 前記耐伸縮性治療器具は、プッシャ部材に取外し可能に取り付けられている、請求項1記載の耐伸縮性治療器具。
- 前記耐伸縮性治療器具は、切り離し可能な部材によってプッシャ部材に取外し可能に取り付けられている、請求項1記載の耐伸縮性治療器具。
- 前記切り離し可能な部材は、加熱することによって切り離すことができる、請求項7記載の耐伸縮性治療器具。
- 患者の血管系内に放出し、配備することができる装置であって、
近位端及び遠位端を備えた血流閉塞コイルを有し、該血流閉塞コイルは、前記近位端と前記遠位端との間にルーメンを構成し、前記血流閉塞コイルは、該血流閉塞コイルの近位端に取り付けられたループを含み、
前記血流閉塞コイルの近位端に隣接した遠位端部を有する細長いプッシャ部材と、
前記血流閉塞コイルの前記ルーメンを貫通した耐伸縮性部材とを有し、該耐伸縮性部材は、第1の端及び第2の端を有し、前記耐伸縮性部材は、前記第1の端が前記血流閉塞コイルの遠位端だけにしっかりと取り付けられおり、かつ、前記第2の端が細長いプッシャ部材に取外し可能に取り付けられており、前記血流閉塞コイルは、患者の血管系内への血流閉塞コイルの配置を可能にするように、該血流閉塞コイルの近位端に取り付けられたループによって前記細長いプッシャ部材に取り付けることができ、
前記耐伸縮性部材における前記第1の端以外の箇所は、前記血流閉塞コイルに固定されておらず、前記血流閉塞コイルが患者の血管系内に配備されている状態において、前記耐伸縮性部材による前記血流閉塞コイルの補強は解除されている、

前記コネクタ繊維及び前記耐伸縮性部材に隣接して設けられていて、前記血管系内への前記血流閉塞コイルの所望の配置が達成されると、前記コネクタ繊維及び前記耐伸縮性部材を切り離して、前記コネクタ繊維が前記血流閉塞コイルの配備のために前記血流閉塞コイルを前記プッシャ部材から放出するようにする手段とを有する、請求項9記載の装置。 - 前記コネクタ繊維を切り離す前記手段は、抵抗加熱ヒーターワイヤから成る、請求項15記載の装置。
