Claims (6)
- 床底、壁、又は屋内若しくは屋外の用途のための建物の同様の表面のための発光システムであって、前記表面を張るための層状の及び平面状のベース床材料を有している発光システムにおいて、導光構造が、該導光構造内に結合導入される光を伝播するために前記ベース床材料の上面に層状にされており、前記導光構造は、前記光を発するために前記ベース床材料の上面に隣接して配された放出表面を有し、
前記導光構造は、少なくとも1つのエッジによって横方向において制限されているが、前記光は、壁又は裾板に隣接して設けられている少なくとも1つの光源によって前記エッジにおいて前記導光構造に結合導入され、
前記壁又は前記裾板に隣接して、前記光源を収容するL字形のホルダユニットが配されており、前記光源と適応されたエッジとの間のスナップシステムによって又は接着によって、前記光源が光伝導要素によって前記導光構造に接続され、
前記L字形のホルダユニットは、前記床材料を受容し、クランプ構造によって前記床材料を前記ホルダユニットに対して保持して位置決めし、
前記導光構造は、前記放出表面に隣接して防水表面から成る透明な保護層を持ち、前記透明な保護層を通して前記少なくとも1つの光源により発せられる光の透過を可能とし、
前記L字形のホルダユニットは、前記壁に隣接する前記床材料を保持しつつ、前記床材料、前記導光構造、及び前記少なくとも1つの光源が、床面に一体化され前記壁に隣接するものとすることを特徴としている、発光システム。 - 前記導光構造は、光励起又は光の放出のためのナノ蛍光体、量子ドット、発光分子、発光イオンを有し、少なくとも1つの透明又は半透明の材料は、付加的な層状化によって前記放出表面上に配されている又は前記導光構造の前記材料内に組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光システム。
- 前記導光構造は、ガラス材料又は透明な合成材料を含んでおり、前記導光構造は、前記導光構造に埋め込まれている均一で一様な材料システム又は光ファイバ若しくは光伝導要素のシステムを有しており、前記導光構造が前記床材料全体を覆っている又は前記床材料の離散した領域を覆っていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の発光システム。
- 前記導光構造内の前記光ファイバ又は光伝導要素は、当該発光システム全体内の前記光の均一な放出を提供するために、均一な屈折率、グレーデッドインデックス又はステップインデクスを含んでいる、請求項3に記載の発光システム。
- 前記放出表面は、前記光の均一な放出を提供するために、粗い表面として、構造化され又は実施されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の発光システム。
- 前記発光システムは、LED、OLED又は電球として実施化される複数の前記光源であって、異なる波長における光を発する制御可能な複数の光源を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の発光システム。
