Claims (8)
- 上端壁面部に複数の開口部を有して水と蒸気の2相流が上昇する気水上昇管と、該気水上昇管の内部に設けられた旋回羽根と、前記気水上昇管を囲んで設けられて環状のダウンカマー空間を画成する降水胴と、前記気水上昇管及び前記降水胴の上端に所定の空間をもって対向して配設されると共に前記気水上昇管の上方にオリフィスを有するデッキプレートとを具えた気水分離器において、
前記気水上昇管に設けられた前記複数の開口部の開口率が30〜70%に設定され、
前記気水上昇管に設けられた開口部は、上下方向に沿って並設された複数の水平なスリットであり、該スリットの高さが前記気水上昇管の厚さの0.5〜2倍に設定されたことを特徴とする気水分離器。 - 請求項1に記載の気水分離器において、前記気水上昇管に設けられた前記開口部と前記旋回羽根との距離が該気水上昇管の内径の1〜2.5倍に設定されたことを特徴とする気水分離器。
- 請求項1または2に記載の気水分離器において、前記降水胴の上端壁面部に蒸気の旋回流を排出するガイド部が周方向均等間隔で2個設けられ、前記開口部は前記気水上昇管の周方向に均等間隔で4個設けられ、該4個の開口部のうちの2個の開口部が前記ガイド部に対向して設けられたことを特徴とする気水分離器。
- 請求項3に記載の気水分離器において、前記デッキプレートに前記ガイド部から排出される蒸気の旋回流の下流側に位置してベントが設けられたことを特徴とする気水分離器。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の気水分離器において、前記旋回羽根のねじれ角度が15〜30度に設定されたことを特徴とする気水分離器。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の気水分離器において、前記気水上昇管の内径に対する前記オリフィスの内径の比率が0.7〜0.9に設定されたことを特徴とする気水分離器。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の気水分離器において、前記気水上昇管の内径に対する前記気水上昇管と前記デッキプレートとの空間高さの比率が0.05〜0.3に設定されたことを特徴とする気水分離器。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載の気水分離器において、前記オリフィスにおける前記デッキプレートからの上突出高さと下突出高さとの比率が2:1〜4:1に設定されると共に、前記上突出高さと前記オリフィスの内径の比率が1:2〜1:3に設定されたことを特徴とする気水分離器。
