Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念部に記載の形式のインジェクタ、すなわち内燃機関の燃焼室内に燃料を噴射するためのインジェクタ、特にコモンレールインジェクタであって、高圧範囲が設けられており、さらに閉鎖位置と、燃料流を解放する開放位置との間で軸方向に調節可能な弁エレメントが設けられている形式のものに関する。
技術的な課題
本発明の根底を成す課題は、構造的に単純に形成されていて、しかも廉価に製造可能となるようなインジェクタを提案することである。
この課題は、請求項1の特徴部に記載の特徴を有するインジェクタ、すなわち弁エレメントが、第1の部分エレメントと、少なくとも1つの別個の第2の部分エレメントとを有しており、第1第2の両部分エレメントが、カップラ室を介してハイドロリック的に互いにカップリングされており、該カップラ室が、一方の軸方向でのみ、当該インジェクタの高圧範囲にハイドロリック的に接続されていることを特徴とする、内燃機関の燃焼室内に燃料を噴射するためのインジェクタにより解決される。請求項2以下には、有利な改良形が記載されている。さらに、発明の詳細な説明、図面および/または特許請求の範囲に記載の特徴のうちの少なくとも2つの特徴から成るあらゆる組合せが本発明の枠内にある。
図面中、同一の構成部分および同一機能を有する構成部分は同じ符号で示されている。
Claims (2)
- 内燃機関の燃焼室内に燃料を噴射するためのインジェクタ(1)であって、高圧範囲が設けられており、さらに閉鎖位置と、燃料流を解放する開放位置との間で軸方向に調節可能な弁エレメント(14)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、弁エレメント(14)が、第1の部分エレメント(16)と、少なくとも1つの別個の第2の部分エレメント(17)とを有しており、第1第2の両部分エレメントが、カップラ室(38)を介してハイドロリック的に互いにカップリングされており、該カップラ室(38)が、一方の軸方向でのみ、当該インジェクタ(1)の高圧範囲にハイドロリック的に接続されており、カップラ室(38)が、当該インジェクタ(1)の高圧範囲にのみ接続されており、カップラ室(38)が、半径方向でスリーブ(39)によって画定されており、スリーブ(39)が、第1の当付け面(43)である第1の部分エレメント(16)の端面(44)に載着されているか、または第2の当付け面(47)である第2の部分エレメント(17)の端面に載着されており、スリーブ(39)が、第1の部分エレメント(16)に軸方向で案内されているか、または第2の部分エレメント(17)にのみ軸方向で案内されており、スリーブ(39)が、軸方向で第1の当付け面(43)または第2の当付け面(47)へ、ばね(41)によってばね力負荷されており、第1の部分エレメント(16)が、制御室に作用接続された制御ロッド(16)として形成されており、第2の部分エレメント(17)が、ニードルシート(20)と密に協働するノズルニードル(17)として形成されており、制御ロッド(16)が、端面(15)によって制御室(8)を仕切っていることを特徴とする、内燃機関の燃焼室内に燃料を噴射するためのインジェクタ。
- ばね(41)が、開放方向で、閉鎖ばね(30)のばね力に抗して、第1の部分エレメント(16)または第2の部分エレメント(17)に作用するように配置されている、請求項1記載のインジェクタ。
