Description
a)溶融ブレンドの総重量に基づいて45〜90重量%の(0.04meq/g未満の不飽和度を有するポリオールと脂肪族ジアミンまたは脂環式ジアミンとを用いて調製された)脂肪族熱可塑性ウレタン/ウレア;
b)溶融ブレンドの総重量に基づいて5〜45重量%のオレフィン含有ブロックコポリマーおよび/またはアロイ改質剤;
c)溶融ブレンドの総重量に基づいて30重量%までのイオノマー(好ましくはSurlyn(登録商標)9970または9975イオノマー);
d)オレフィン含有ブロックコポリマーおよび/またはアロイ改質剤の一部に代えて、溶融ブレンドの総重量に基づいて0〜10重量%のカラーコンセントレート(好ましくはClariant 374Aカラーコンセントレート)。
POLYOL:Bayer MaterialScienceからAcclaim 4220Nの名称で市販されている、官能価2、分子量4000および不飽和度0.04meq/g未満を有するポリエーテルポリオール。
BDO:ブタンジオール。
DIAMINE:Jefflink(登録商標)754の名称で市販されている、分子量254を有する脂環式第二級ジアミン。
ANTIOXIDANT A:Ciba GeigyからIrganox(登録商標)1135の名称で市販されているフェノール系酸化防止剤。
ANTIOXIDANT B:Ciba GeigyからIrganox(登録商標)5057の名称で市販されているアミン酸化防止剤。
LIGHT STABILIZER:ClariantからSanduvor 3055の名称で市販されているアミン系光安定剤。
UV ABSORBER:Ciba GeigyからTinuvin 213の名称で市販されている置換ベンゾトリアゾール混合物。
LUBRICANT:Technickから市販されているTechlube 7Hの登録商標を有する離型剤。
SURFACTANT:OSIからSilwet L-2622の名称で市販されているシリコーン界面活性剤。
CATALYST:VertellusからCoscat 83の名称で市販されている有機ビスマス触媒。
COLORANT:ClariantからEbony 167の名称で市販されている顔料分散体。
ISO:Bayer MaterialScienceからDesmodur Wの名称で市販されている、最少31.8%のNCO含量を有する液状脂環式ジイソシアネート。
MODIFIER A:Kraton Polymersから市販されている、スチレン−エチレン/プロピレン−スチレン(SEPS)の水素化中間ブロックを有するスチレンブロックコポリマー。
MODIFIER B:Dow PlasticsからEngage 8400の名称で市販されている、エチレン−オクテンコポリマーを含むオレフィン含有ブロックコポリマー。
脂肪族熱可塑性ポリウレタン(比較例1)と、本発明の範囲内の2種の熱可塑性ウレタン/ウレアとを、表1に示した量で、表1に示した材料から調製した。
Claims (32)
- (i)1000〜10,000Daの分子量および0.04meq/g以下の不飽和度を有する少なくとも1種のポリエーテルポリオールを含んでなるポリオール成分、および
(ii)4000までの分子量を有する脂肪族ジアミンまたは脂環式ジアミン
を含むイソシアネート反応性成分と、
(iii)少なくとも1種の脂肪族有機ジイソシアネートを含んでなるイソシアネート成分とを
(viii)ウレタン生成を促進する触媒
の存在下に反応させて得られる反応生成物を含んでなる脂肪族熱可塑性ウレタン/ウレアを含んでなる成形用組成物。 - 成分(ii)が100〜1000の分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 成分(ii)が200〜500の分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 脂肪族有機ジイソシアネートが、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、水素化ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートおよびイソホロンジイソシアネートからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- イソシアネート反応性成分とイソシアネート成分(iii)との反応を、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、1,4−ブタンジオール、ペンタンジオール、3−メチルペンタン−1,5−ジオール、1,6−ヘキサンジオール、ヒドロキノンビス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)エーテル、1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール、ネオペンチルグリコールおよび水素化ビスフェノールAからなる群から選択される少なくとも一種の連鎖延長剤(iv)の存在下に行う、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 溶融ブレンドされた請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 1993kJ/m2のキセノンアーク照射後、3以下のΔEを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 120℃で500時間後、少なくとも100%の熱老化後破断点伸びを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 300〜600%の熱老化前破断点伸びを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- a)請求項1に記載の組成物5〜95重量%、および
b)ポリオレフィン系改質剤を含んでなる改質剤5〜95重量%
からなる相溶性ブレンドを含んでなる成形用組成物であって、外部相溶化剤はブレンドに添加されていない組成物。 - 改質剤b)が250s−1の剪断速度で約900の剪断粘度を有し、該剪断粘度が2100s−1の剪断速度で約150に低下する、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 改質剤b)が熱可塑性加硫物である、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 改質剤b)がスチレンおよびエチレンおよび/またはブチレンに基づくブロックコポリマーである、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 改質剤b)が、ポリオレフィンに分散したエチレン、プロピレンおよびジエンの加硫ターポリマーである、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- a)45〜90重量%の脂肪族熱可塑性ウレタン/ウレア;
b)5〜45重量%のポリオレフィン系改質剤;および
e)5〜10重量%のカラーコンセントレート
を含んでなる請求項10に記載の組成物。 - a)45〜90重量%の脂肪族熱可塑性ウレタン/ウレア;
b)5〜45重量%のポリオレフィン系改質剤および10重量%までのイオノマー;並びに
e)5〜10重量%のカラーコンセントレート
を含んでなる請求項10に記載の組成物。 - 成分a)と成分b)との重量比が1:1以上である、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 改質剤b)が、スチレン、エチレンおよびブチレンの直鎖トリブロックコポリマー、水素化スチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレン、水素化スチレン−エチレン−プロピレン−スチレン、中間ブロック内にスチレンが共重合されたもの、または中間ブロック内が共重合されたスチレンで飽和されていないものから選択される、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物を含んでなる、スラッシ注型適性の粉末、ペレット、微小球またはミニビーズ。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物を含んでなる溶融押出物を極低温粉砕することを含む、スラッシ注型適性粉末の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物を押出機で溶融し、溶融物をダイに通し、ダイを出た組成物を切断することを含む、スラッシ注型適性微小球の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物を含んでなる溶融押出物を水中粉砕することを含む、スラッシ注型適性粉末の製造方法。
- a)請求項1に記載の組成物を金型表面に適用し、
b)金型表面を加熱して適用組成物を溶融し、
c)溶融物を金型表面上で流動させ、および
d)溶融物を冷却する
ことを含む、単層注型シェルの製造方法。 - 請求項23に記載の方法によって製造された成形品。
- a)請求項1に記載の組成物を外層として金型に適用し、
b)別の組成物を含んでなる内層を外層に適用し、および
c)内層および外層が硬化して一緒に結合するように、内層および外層を成形する
ことを含む、二層注型シェルの製造方法。 - 内層組成物が芳香族ポリイソシアネートから調製されたポリウレタンである、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 内層組成物が、外層として使用される請求項1に記載の組成物の溶融流れと同程度の溶融流れを有する、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 請求項25に記載の方法によって製造された成形品。
- 請求項25に記載の方法によって製造された、スキン、カバーまたはシェルの形状の成形品。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物から製造された熱成形シート。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物を射出成形することを含む、物品の製造方法。
- 請求項31に記載の方法によって製造された射出成形品。
