Description
a)溶融ブレンドの総重量に基づいて45〜90重量%の(0.04meq/g未満の不飽和度を有するポリオールと脂肪族ジアミンまたは脂環式ジアミンとを用いて調製された)脂肪族熱可塑性ウレタン/ウレア;
b)溶融ブレンドの総重量に基づいて5〜45重量%のオレフィン含有ブロックコポリマーおよび/またはアロイ改質剤;
c)溶融ブレンドの総重量に基づいて30重量%までのイオノマー(好ましくはSurlyn(登録商標)9970または9975イオノマー);
d)オレフィン含有ブロックコポリマーおよび/またはアロイ改質剤の一部に代えて、溶融ブレンドの総重量に基づいて0〜10重量%のカラーコンセントレート(好ましくはClariant 374Aカラーコンセントレート)。
POLYOL:Bayer MaterialScienceからAcclaim 4220Nの名称で市販されている、官能価2、分子量4000および不飽和度0.04meq/g未満を有するポリエーテルポリオール。
BDO:ブタンジオール。
DIAMINE:Jefflink(登録商標)754の名称で市販されている、分子量254を有する脂環式第二級ジアミン。
ANTIOXIDANT A:Ciba GeigyからIrganox(登録商標)1135の名称で市販されているフェノール系酸化防止剤。
ANTIOXIDANT B:Ciba GeigyからIrganox(登録商標)5057の名称で市販されているアミン酸化防止剤。
LIGHT STABILIZER:ClariantからSanduvor 3055の名称で市販されているアミン系光安定剤。

Claims (32)
- (i)1000〜10,000Daの分子量および0.04meq/g以下の不飽和度を有する少なくとも1種のポリエーテルポリオールを含んでなるポリオール成分、および
(ii)4000までの分子量を有する脂肪族ジアミンまたは脂環式ジアミン
を含むイソシアネート反応性成分と、
(iii)少なくとも1種の脂肪族有機ジイソシアネートを含んでなるイソシアネート成分とを
(viii)ウレタン生成を促進する触媒
の存在下に反応させて得られる反応生成物を含んでなる脂肪族熱可塑性ウレタン/ウレアを含んでなる成形用組成物。 - 成分(ii)が100〜1000の分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 成分(ii)が200〜500の分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 脂肪族有機ジイソシアネートが、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、水素化ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートおよびイソホロンジイソシアネートからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
