Abstract
Description
a)溶融ブレンドの総重量に基づいて45〜90重量%の(0.04meq/g未満の不飽和度を有するポリオールを用いて調製された)脂肪族TPU;
b)溶融ブレンドの総重量に基づいて5〜45重量%のオレフィン含有ブロックコポリマー改質剤;
c)溶融ブレンドの総重量に基づいて30重量%までのイオノマー(好ましくはSurlyn(登録商標)9970または9975イオノマー);
d)オレフィン含有ブロックコポリマー改質剤の一部に代えて、溶融ブレンドの総重量に基づいて0〜10重量%のカラーコンセントレート(好ましくはClariant 374Aカラーコンセントレート)。
TPU:下記成分1)と2)との反応生成物:
1)下記成分a)〜g)から調製されたポリオール成分100重量部:
a)官能価2、分子量4000および不飽和度0.04meq/g未満を有するポリエーテルポリオール(Bayer MaterialScienceからAcclaim 4220Nの名称で市販)81.6重量部、
b)ブタンジオール12.8重量部、
c)ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤(HOSTAVIN 3055)2.02重量部、
d)Ciba GeigyからTinuvin 213の名称で市販されている置換ベンゾトリアゾール混合物0.99重量部、
e)Technickから市販されているTechlube 721-SP-1の登録商標を有する離型剤1.5重量部、
f)OSIからSilwet L-2622の名称で市販されているシリコーン界面活性剤0.75重量部、および
g)ネオデカン酸ビスマス0.58重量部、
2)Bayer MaterialScienceからDesmodur Wの名称で市販されている最少31.8%のNCO含量を有する液状脂環式ジイソシアネート41.62重量部。
MODIFIER B:Ferro CorporationからAPX 7621の名称で市販されている、ポリオレフィン系改質剤。
COLORANT:Clariant 374A Pebble。
IONOMER:E.I. DuPont de NemoursからSurlyn 9770の名称で市販されている、メタクリル酸の一部が金属イオンで中和されたエチレンメタクリル酸コポリマー。
TPU、少なくとも1種の上記MODIFIER、IONOMER AおよびCOLORANTを、表1に記載した量で、27 mm. Leistritzのような二軸スクリュー押出機で溶融ブレンドした。押出機は、3個の穴を有するペレタイザーダイに原料供給する300rpmでのスクリュー操作で、155〜165℃のゾーン温度を有するように構成されていた。約0.007〜約0.040インチの寸法範囲の微小球を、US5,525,274およびUS5,525,284に記載されている方法で、上記押出機から製造した。これらの微小球は、スラッシ成形での使用に適していた。本発明の組成物のこれら微小球は、スキンまたはシェルを成形するために注型することができる。
Claims (31)
- a)(i)1000〜10,000Daの分子量および0.04meq/g以下の不飽和度を有する少なくとも1種のポリエーテルポリオールを含んでなるポリオール成分、
(ii)少なくとも1種の脂肪族有機ジイソシアネートを含んでなるイソシアネート成分、
(iii)連鎖延長剤、
(iv)任意に紫外線安定剤、
(v)任意に酸化防止剤、
(vi)任意に顔料、および
(vii)ウレタン生成を促進する触媒
の反応生成物を含んでなる脂肪族熱可塑性ポリウレタン5〜95重量%、
b)ゲル含有量約5〜約95%まで架橋されたオレフィン含有ブロックコポリマー5〜95重量%、
c)任意に紫外線安定剤、
d)任意に酸化防止剤、
e)任意に顔料、
f)任意に離型剤、および
g)任意にイオノマー
からなる相溶性ブレンドを含んでなる成形用組成物であって、外部相溶化剤はブレンドに添加されていない組成物。 - 改質剤b)が250s−1の剪断速度で約900の剪断粘度を有し、該剪断粘度が2100s−1の剪断速度で約150に低下する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 改質剤b)がスチレンおよびエチレンおよび/またはブチレンに基づくブロックコポリマーである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
