Claims (3)
- 矩形の枠組みと、
前記矩形の枠組みに取り付けられ、前記矩形の枠組みに生じたせん断変形を伝達する伝達機構と、
前記伝達機構を介して前記矩形の枠組みに取り付けられた制振ユニットと
を備えた制振装置であって、
前記伝達機構は、
前記矩形の枠組みにせん断変形を伴う振動に応じて互いに異なる方向に変位する一対の連結部を有し、
前記制振ユニットは、
対向するプレートと、
前記対向するプレートの間に配設され、各プレートにそれぞれ接着された粘弾性体と
を有し、
前記対向するプレートのうち一方のプレートは、
前記伝達機構の一対の連結部のうち一方の連結部に連結され、
他方のプレートは、
他方の連結部に連結されており、
前記プレートと連結部は、
前記一対の連結部が互いに異なる方向に変位した場合に、前記プレートと連結部とがずれるのを防止するずれ止めを有しており、
ここで、
前記一方のプレートは、
前記他方のプレートを挟むように前記他方のプレートの両側にそれぞれ対向する、平板状の一対のプレートで構成されており、
前記一対のプレートの両側は、
前記一対のプレートが重ね合わされた領域からはみ出ており、
前記他方のプレートは、
当該一対のプレートを法線方向から見た場合に、当該一対のプレートの中間部に重ね合わされ、前記一対のプレートが重ね合わされた領域からはみ出た部位に、前記ずれ止めの少なくとも一部を構成するフランジ部が設けられており、
前記粘弾性体は、
前記一対のプレートと前記他方のプレートとが重ね合わされた領域において、前記他方のプレートの両側と、前記一対のプレートとの間に配置され、かつ、それぞれに接着されており、
前記一方の連結部は、
前記一対のプレートが重ね合わされた領域からはみ出た前記一対のプレートの両側の間に、挟まれた状態で締結された取付片を備えた、
制振装置。 - 前記ずれ止めとして、前記他方のプレートに設けられた前記フランジ部に当接するフランジ部が前記他方の連結部に設けられた、請求項1に記載の制振装置。
- 前記他方のプレートの前記フランジ部と、前記他方の連結部に設けられた前記フランジ部とを、互いに当接させた状態で締結する締結具を備えた、請求項2に記載の制振装置。
