Description
メタクリル樹脂ペレットとして、住友化学株式会社製の“スミペックスLG2”(透明)を使用した。また、アミド化合物として、花王株式会社製の“カオーワックスEB−FF”(エチレンビスステアリン酸アミド、融点141.5〜146.5℃)を使用した。
Claims (1)
- メタクリル樹脂ペレットの表面に35℃以上でアミド化合物を添着させるメタクリル樹脂成形材料の製造方法であり、アミド化合物の使用量がメタクリル樹脂ペレット100重量部に対し0.003〜0.05重量部であり、メタクリル樹脂ペレットがメタクリル酸メチル50重量%以上を含む単量体を重合して得られる重合体であるメタクリル樹脂のペレットであり、アミド化合物がビスアミド化合物であることを特徴とするメタクリル樹脂成形材料の製造方法。
