Description
Claims (3)
- 自車両の前方に存在する障害物と当該自車両との位置関係を検出する位置検出手段を備え、当該検出の結果に応じて、当該自車両の運転を支援する運転支援制御を実行する運転支援装置であって、
前記自車両の進路上の信号機に関する信号機情報を取得する取得手段と、
前記取得手段が取得した前記信号機情報に基づいて、前記運転支援制御を実行させるための実行条件を設定する設定手段と、
を備え、
前記信号機情報は、前記信号機の現時点での信号種別と、次の信号種別へ切り替わるまでの推定時間と、に関する切り替わり情報を含み、
前記設定手段は、前記信号機情報が含む前記切り替わり情報に基づいて、前記実行条件の設定と対応する閾値を変更することによって、前記実行条件を変更して設定する、
ことを特徴とする運転支援装置。 - 前記自車両を運転する運転者の脇見を検知する脇見検知手段を更に備え、
前記設定手段は、前記脇見検知手段が前記運転者の脇見を検知した場合に、前記実行条件を変更して設定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の運転支援装置。 - 自車両の前方に存在する障害物と当該自車両との位置関係を検出する位置検出手段を備え、当該検出の結果に応じて、当該自車両の運転を支援する運転支援制御を実行する運転支援装置で実行される運転支援方法であって、
前記自車両の進路上の信号機に関する信号機情報を取得する取得ステップと、
前記取得ステップで取得された前記信号機情報に基づいて、前記運転支援制御を実行させるための実行条件を設定する設定ステップと、
を有し、
前記信号機情報は、前記信号機の現時点での信号種別と、次の信号種別へ切り替わるまでの推定時間と、に関する切り替わり情報を含み、
前記設定ステップでは、前記信号機情報が含む前記切り替わり情報に基づいて、前記実行条件の設定と対応する閾値を変更することによって、前記実行条件を変更して設定する、
ことを特徴とする運転支援方法。
