本実施形態の鉛蓄電池は、主に電子回路部品と蓄電池の端子とを繋ぐ端子接続導体に注目して説明する。この鉛蓄電池は、図1に示すように、樹脂製の方形容器状の電槽1と、この電槽1の上端開口部を塞いで封止する樹脂製の電槽蓋2とを備えている。電槽1の内部は、隔壁によって複数のセル室に区切られていて、各セル室にはそれぞれ蓄電要素が収納されると共に電解液が注液されている。また、これらの蓄電要素は電槽1内で直列に接続されている。
本実施形態の鉛蓄電池は、主に電気部品と電子回路部品とを繋ぐ電気部品接続導体に注目して説明する。この鉛蓄電池は、図4に示すように、樹脂製の方形容器状の電槽1と、この電槽1の上端開口部を塞いで封止する樹脂製の電槽蓋2とを備えているが、電槽1の内部構造は前述したとおりであるので、説明は省略する。
本実施形態の鉛蓄電池は、主に電子回路部品を凹部に配置する支持用凸体に注目して説明する。この鉛蓄電池は、図7に示すように、樹脂製の方形容器状の電槽1と、この電槽1の上端開口部を塞いで封止する樹脂製の電槽蓋2とを備えているが、電槽1の内部構造は前述したとおりであるので説明は省略する。
本実施形態の鉛蓄電池は、主に充填開口部が2つ形成された凹部蓋に注目して説明する。この鉛蓄電池は、図9に示すように、樹脂製の方形容器状の電槽1と、この電槽1の上端開口部を塞いで封止する樹脂製の電槽蓋2とを備えているが、電槽1の内部構造は前述したとおりであるので説明は省略する。
本実施形態の鉛蓄電池は、主に凹部を覆う凹部蓋に注目して説明する。この鉛蓄電池は、図11に示すように、樹脂製の方形容器状の電槽1と、この電槽1の上端開口部を塞いで封止する樹脂製の電槽蓋2とを備えているが、電槽1の内部構造は前述したとおりであるので説明は省略する。
Claims (6)
- 電槽蓋上面の電気部品装着部に装着された電気部品と、前記電槽蓋上面の凹部に収納された電子回路部品と、前記電気部品と前記電子回路部品とを繋いで、前記電槽蓋にインサート成形された電気部品接続導体とを備えており、
前記電気部品接続導体は、前記電気部品を接続するための第1の凸状端子部と、電子回路部品を接続するための第2の凸状端子部と、前記両凸状端子部間を接続するための棒状中間導体部とを備えたことを特徴とする鉛蓄電池。 - 前記電気部品は液面センサであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の鉛蓄電池。
- 電槽蓋上面の凹部に収納された電子回路部品と、前記電槽蓋にインサート成形された、電子回路部品と蓄電池の端子とを繋ぐ端子接続導体とを備え、前記電子回路部品は、前記凹部の底面に形成された支持用凸体により前記凹部の底面から離反して配置されたことを特徴とする鉛蓄電池。
- 前記電槽蓋には、電解液又は水蒸気の凝結液を電槽内に還流させるための還流室が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の鉛蓄電池。
- 前記凹部は凹部蓋で覆われたことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の鉛蓄電池。
- 電槽蓋上面の凹部に収納された電子回路部品と、前記凹部を覆う凹部蓋とを備え、前記凹部蓋には前記凹部に樹脂を充填するための充填開口部が少なくとも2つ形成されたことを特徴とする鉛蓄電池。
