Claims (6)
- 駆動輪(WR)を駆動する動力を発揮する電動モータ(23)に電力を供給する高電圧バッテリ(36)と、補機(51,52,73)に電力を供給する低電圧バッテリ(40)とが車体(B)に搭載される電動車両において、
前記高電圧バッテリ(36)に連なる高電力系の回路(74)に介設される遮断器(62)と、前記低電圧バッテリ(40)に連なる低電力系の回路(75)の断・接を手動操作によって切換えるようにして前記低電力系の回路(75)に介設される手動断・接手段(71)と、前記低電力系の回路(75)からの電力供給によって前記高電力系の回路(74)の断・接を切換可能であるとともに前記低電力系の回路(75)の遮断時には前記高電力系の回路(74)を遮断するリレースイッチ(63,64)と、前記手動断・接手段(71)によって前記低電力系の回路(75)が遮断されている状態でのみ前記遮断器(62)への接触を許容する接触防止手段(111)とを備えており、
前記接触防止手段(111)が、前記遮断器(62)を覆ってケース(79)に開閉可能に取付けられる蓋部材(109)の開放を、前記手動断・接手段(71)によって前記低電力系の回路(75)が遮断されている状態でのみ許容するように構成されることを特徴とする電動車両。 - 前記蓋部材(109)にその開き側から対向する位置に、前記手動断・接手段(71)がその手動遮断時に前記蓋部材(109)の開放を許容するようにして配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動車両。
- 前記高電圧バッテリ(36)を収容するバッテリケース(37)の一部を構成する前記ケース(79)に、複数のねじ部材(110)で前記蓋部材(109)が締結され、前記接触防止手段(111)は、前記手動断・接手段であるコネクタ(71)が、前記低電力系の回路(75)の一部を構成する電線の導通・遮断を手動操作によって切り換えることを可能として、複数の前記ねじ部材(110)の少なくとも1つを前記蓋部材(109)の開き側から覆うように配置されて成ることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電動車両。
- 前記遮断器(62)および前記蓋部材(109)が、平面視で前記バッテリケース(37)の幅方向中心から一側にオフセットした位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電動車両。
- 駆動輪(WR)を駆動する動力を発揮する電動モータ(23)に電力を供給する高電圧バッテリ(36)と、補機(51,52,73)に電力を供給する低電圧バッテリ(40)とが車体(B)に搭載され、前記車体(B)の一部を構成する車体フレーム(F)が、前輪(WF)を軸支するフロントフォーク(24)を操向可能に支承するヘッドパイプ(26)から後下がりに延びるダウンフレーム(27)と、該ダウンフレーム(27)の下部から後方に延びる左右一対のアンダーフレーム(28)と、それらのアンダーフレーム(28)の後部から後上がりに延びる左右一対のリヤフレーム(29)とを備える電動車両であって、
前記高電圧バッテリ(36)に連なる高電力系の回路(74)に介設される遮断器(62)と、前記低電圧バッテリ(40)に連なる低電力系の回路(75)の断・接を手動操作によって切換えるようにして前記低電力系の回路(75)に介設される手動断・接手段(71)と、前記低電力系の回路(75)からの電力供給によって前記高電力系の回路(74)の断・接を切換可能であるとともに前記低電力系の回路(75)の遮断時には前記高電力系の回路(74)を遮断するリレースイッチ(63,64)と、前記手動断・接手段(71)によって前記低電力系の回路(75)が遮断されている状態でのみ前記遮断器(62)への接触を許容する接触防止手段(111)とを備えており、
前記高電圧バッテリ(36)が左右一対の前記アンダーフレーム(28)間に配置され、前記低電圧バッテリ(40)が左右一対の前記リヤフレーム(29)間に配置され、前記リレースイッチ(63,64)が、側面視で前記高電圧バッテリ(36)および前記低電圧バッテリ(40)間に配置されることを特徴とする電動車両。 - 前記駆動輪である後輪(WR)を軸支するスイングアーム(22)の前部が、前記車体フレーム(F)の前記リヤフレーム(29)に揺動自在に支承され、前記電動モータ(23)と、該電動モータ(23)を制御するようにして前記後輪(WR)の前方に配置されるパワードライブユニット(61)とが前記スイングアーム(22)に設けられ、前記リレースイッチ(63,64)が、側面視で前記高電圧バッテリ(36)、前記低電圧バッテリ(40)および前記パワードライブユニット(61)によって囲まれる領域に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の電動車両。
