Description
本出願は、2006年10月27日付けドイツ特許出願第10 2006 050 869.6号及び2006年10月27日付け米国特許仮出願第60/863195号の優先権を主張し、該開示内容は本願明細書に援用するものとする。
本発明は航空機エアパイプライン用の音波吸収装置に関し、該音波吸収装置は、各内壁を音波吸収材料で被覆した少なくとも一つの屈曲パイプ部を含み、屈曲パイプ部内では少なくとも一つのエア誘導手段が流動を最適化するよう構成される。

Claims (5)
- 航空機のエアパイプライン用の音波吸収装置であって、前記音波吸収装置は、それぞれの内壁を音波吸収材料(2)で被覆した少なくとも一つの屈曲パイプ部(1;1’)を含み、前記屈曲パイプ部(1;1’)内では少なくとも一つのエア誘導部が流動を最適化するように配置され、
前記エア誘導部は、音響セパレータの様式に設計され、前記音響セパレータは、中心吸収コア及び前記中心吸収コアを包囲する金属シート筐体を有し、
前記金属シート筐体は、内側表面又は外側表面の領域に微小穿孔(microperforation)を備える一方、前記微小穿孔が穿孔されていない内側表面又は外側表面に少なくとも20%穿孔度の通常の穿孔を備える、音波吸収装置。 - 前記音波吸収材料(2)は、グラスウール、鉱物ウール又は穴あき発泡体を含む、請求項1に記載の音波吸収装置。
- 前記微小穿孔は、直径1mm未満の個別開口を含む、請求項1に記載の音波吸収装置。
- 前記微小穿孔の穿孔度は、5%未満である、請求項1に記載の音波吸収装置。
- 通常動作期間に、前記屈曲パイプ部(1;1’)中の流速は、毎秒5mを超える、請求項1に記載の音波吸収装置。
