Claims (1)
- 溶鋼を収容した取鍋の鉄皮の温度を赤外線放射温度計で測定し、測定した温度または測定した温度上昇速度が、予め設定したそれぞれの第1の閾値以上で第2の閾値未満の場合には、警報を発報するとともに取鍋内の溶鋼上に存在するスラグに耐火物溶出抑制剤を添加し、更に取鍋の鉄皮を点検して、鉄皮に赤熱のない場合にはそのまま使用し、鉄皮に赤熱のある場合には溶鋼の処理を中止して取鍋から溶鋼を排出し、第2の閾値以上の場合には、警報を発報するとともに取鍋内の溶鋼上に存在するスラグに耐火物溶出抑制剤を添加した後に溶鋼の処理を中止して取鍋から溶鋼を排出することを特徴とする、取鍋の漏鋼防止方法。
