Claims (4)
- 常法通り製出した乾燥生地を焼成する際に、焙炉中を上下挟持して搬送する上下搬送コンベアに、半球状で上下互い違いとなる突部を設けて、焼成過程で柔らかくなった焼成途中の生地に前記突部を押し付けることで生地を湾曲変形させてなることを特徴とする米菓の製造方法。
- 焙炉における乾燥生地が単に柔らかくなる状態での焼成過程位置で、生地を変形させてなる請求項1記載の米菓の製造方法。
- 焙炉における生地が膨化する焼成過程位置で、生地を変形させてなる請求項1記載の米菓の製造方法。
- 焙炉における生地の膨化後でまだ柔らかい状態である焼成過程位置で、生地を変形させてなる請求項1記載の米菓の製造方法。
