Claims (4)
- 複数の軸受を軸方向に並べて配置した軸受構造であって、
前記複数の軸受のうち隣接する少なくとも1組の軸受が、それぞれころとリテーナを備え、
該隣接する少なくとも1組の軸受の、前記それぞれのリテーナの一部同士が、径方向に重なるように配置され、
前記複数の軸受は、外周が軸心に対して偏心している複数の偏心体と、該各偏心体の外周で前記軸受を介してそれぞれ揺動する外歯歯車を備えた遊星歯車機構において、前記偏心体と外歯歯車との間にそれぞれ配置されており、
前記リテーナの一部同士が、径方向に隙間を有して重なっている
ことを特徴とする軸受構造。 - 請求項1において、
前記径方向の隙間が、隣接する偏心体の偏心量の合計の半径方向成分より大きな値に設定されている
ことを特徴とする軸受構造。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記1組の軸受のうちの一方の軸受のリテーナが、隣接する他方の軸受のころの軸方向の位置決め部材として機能している
ことを特徴とする軸受構造。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、
前記リテーナは、前記ころの軸方向一方の端面を押さえる第1押さえ部と、前記ころの軸方向他方の端面を押さえる第2押さえ部を備え、
前記第1押さえ部の外周が、前記第2押さえ部の内周よりも半径方向内側となるように設定されており、且つ
前記1組の軸受は、一方の軸受の第1押さえ部と他方の軸受の第2押さえ部とを隣接させて配置した構成とされている
ことを特徴とする軸受構造。
