Description
ポンプ1の吸入弁と吐出弁を従来の帽子型弁108(図10参照)にしたものは、ポンプ室と弁ホルダーの合計容積が最大149.49mm3に増え、圧縮比が0.36になり、ポンプの安定動作には不十分な圧縮比となった。

Claims (4)
- 強アルカリ性の洗剤が貯液されたタンクから該洗剤を吸入し、洗浄機内に吐出するダイヤフラム式の洗剤供給用ポンプにおいて、
モータの回転によりダイヤフラムを往復振動させる偏心駆動機構と、
前記ダイヤフラムが臨むポンプ室内の圧力によって開閉される吸入弁と吐出弁、及びこれらの弁が着座される弁座とが内装されたポンプケースと、を備え、
前記ダイヤフラム及び弁座が、耐強アルカリ性で低温(略0℃)での硬化が常温(略20℃)での硬度より10(デュロメータA)以上硬化しないゴムから成ることを特徴とする洗剤供給用ポンプ。 - 前記ダイヤフラム及び弁座は、ブチルゴムから成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の洗剤供給用ポンプ。
- 前記各々の弁は、該弁と一体に形成された平面視渦巻状の板バネによって前記弁座に付勢される板バネ弁であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の洗剤供給用ポンプ。
- 前記偏心駆動機構は、前記モータの回転数と同じ振動数で前記ダイヤフラムを往復振動させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の洗剤供給用ポンプ。
