Claims (6)
- 金属触媒が担体に担持されている触媒担持体を持つ燃料電池用電極の製造方法であって、
(a)材料を加熱する少なくとも一つの加熱ユニットを配置する段階と、
(b)前記少なくとも一つの加熱ユニットを介して材料を気化させて触媒粒子を生成する段階と、
(c)生成された触媒粒子を炭素担体に供給して付着させる段階と、
を含み、
上記(a)段階は、複数の前記加熱ユニットを水平及び垂直に配列する段階を含み、
前記加熱ユニットは、前記材料が安置され、安置された材料と接する加熱体と、前記加熱体の内部に埋設されて発熱する加熱要素と、を備えることを特徴とする、燃料電池用電極の製造方法。 - 前記触媒粒子を生成して前記炭素担体をコーティングするように前記複数の加熱ユニットを同時に作動させる段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池用電極の製造方法。
- 前記炭素担体は、炭素布または炭素紙からなり、
前記製造方法は、前記炭素布または炭素紙を移送させる段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の燃料電池用電極の製造方法。 - 気体流動を発生させる流動発生源を用いて前記(b)段階で生成された触媒粒子を前記炭素担体に移動させる段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の燃料電池用電極の製造方法。
- 前記(c)段階は、前記炭素担体を冷却させる段階を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の燃料電池用電極の製造方法。
- 前記材料は、白金塊であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一つに記載の燃料電池用電極の製造方法。
