Claims (3)
- Nbシート、AlシートおよびNb、Alの両融点より融点が高い高融点金属のシートを重ねて巻き、ジェリーロール複合材を得、ジェリーロール複合材を伸線加工して一次線材を得、一次線材の複数本を束ねて金属管内に配置した後、高融点金属がファイバー状に分散するように伸線加工し、次いで加熱してNb(Al)過飽和固溶体を生成させた後、直ちに急冷却し、再度加熱してNb(Al)過飽和固溶体をNb3Al超伝導体に変態させることを特徴とするNb3Al超伝導線材の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載のNb3Al超伝導線材の製造方法において、Nb(Al)過飽和固溶体を生成させる加熱温度を1900℃以上高融点金属の融点未満とし、Nb3Al超伝導体に変態させる温度を600℃〜1000℃とすることを特徴とするNb3Al超伝導線材の製造方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載のNb3Al超伝導線材の製造方法において、高融点金属がTaまたはその合金であり、金属管が、Nb、Taまたはそれらの合金である常温で導電性を有する金属から形成されていることを特徴とするNb3Al超伝導線材の製造方法。
