Claims (5)
- 自車と他車との車間距離を検出する検出ユニットと、
前記検出ユニットにより検出される前記自車と前記他車との車間距離が所定値となるように前記自車に制動力を付与する車両制御ユニットと、
前記車両制御ユニットが付与する前記制動力が所定値以上となったときに、前記車両制御ユニットが付与する前記制動力を低減させる操作量変更手段と、
前記操作量変更手段により低減された前記制動力を、前記自車のドライバーの操作によって、低減される前の値に戻す復活手段と、
を備え、
前記操作量変更手段は、前記操作量変更手段により低減された前記制動力を、前記自車のドライバーの操作により前記復活手段が低減される前の値に戻すまで維持し、
前記復活手段は、前記自車の動力源の停止中、前記自車の前記動力源を停止させる動作時及び前記自車の前記動力源を始動させる動作時のいずれかのときに、前記操作量変更手段により低減された前記制動力を低減される前の値に戻す、運転支援装置。 - 前記検出ユニットは、前記自車と他車との相対的な関係を検出し、
前記車両制御ユニットは、前記検出ユニットにより検出される前記自車と前記他車とが接触する可能性が所定の閾値以上であるときに、前記自車に制動力を付与し、
前記操作量変更手段は、前記検出ユニットにより検出される前記自車と前記他車とが接触する可能性が前記閾値よりも低いときに、前記車両制御ユニットが前記自車に付与する前記制動力を低減させる、請求項1に記載の運転支援装置。 - 前記操作量変更手段は、前記車両制御ユニットが前記自車に前記制動力を付与することにより、前記検出ユニットにより検出される前記自車と前記他車とが接触する可能性が前記閾値よりも低くなったときに、前記車両制御ユニットが前記自車に付与する前記制動力を0まで低減させる、請求項2に記載の運転支援装置。
- 前記復活手段は、前記自車のドライバーが前記動力源を停止させる操作を行ったときに、前記操作量変更手段により低減された前記制動力を低減される前の値に戻す、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の運転支援装置。
- 前記操作量変更手段は、前記車両制御ユニットが付与する前記制動力が所定値以上となった以降は、前記車両制御ユニットが前記制動力を付与することを禁止する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の運転支援装置。
