Claims (6)
- 車両の駆動パラメータを測定し,かつ車両の前方に存在する目標対象に対する間隔を測定するためのセンサ装置(10)と,前記測定された前記駆動パラメータ及び前記間隔データに従って,車両の速度又は加速度を制御するための制御装置(12)と,前記制御装置(12)をオフにするためのオフ指令入力装置(22)と,運転者の他の操作指令に従って,前記制御装置をオフにするためのオフ機能と,を有する,車両の速度制御器において,
前記制御装置(12)は,車両を自動的に停止状態に制動するストップ機能を有しており,かつ,
前記オフ指令入力装置(22)は,ストップ機能がアクティブであり,かつ車両が静止している場合には,無効である,
ことを特徴とする車両の速度制御器。 - 前記制御装置(12)は,目標対象に対する間隔に従って車両の停止及び始動プロセスを自動的に制御するためのストップ機能を含むストップアンドゴー機能を有している,
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の速度制御器。 - オフ機能を作動させる,運転者の操作指令の1つは,運転者によるブレーキペダルの操作である,
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の速度制御器。 - オフ機能を作動させる,運転者の操作指令の1つは,車両のハンドブレーキの操作である,
ことを特徴とする請求項1,2あるいは3項のうちいずれか1項に記載の速度制御器。 - オートマチックトランスミッションを備えた車両のための,請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の速度制御器において,
オフ機能を作動させる,運転者の操作指令の1つは,オートマチックトランスミッションの選択レバーを前進走行位置とは異なる位置へ変位させることである,
ことを特徴とする速度制御器。 - 車両が停止している場合に,ストップ機能は,運転者によるアクセルペダルの操作によってオフにできる,
ことを特徴とする請求項1,2,3,4あるいは5項のうちいずれか1項に記載の速度制御器。
