Claims (2)
- 大径部及び小径部とが繰り返し構成になっている金属製の補強管と、該補強管の内周に配置されるインナーチューブとからなるホースの製造方法において、上記インナーチューブが、樹脂又はゴム製であり、架橋された材料からなるか又は架橋された材料からなる層を含むものであり、該インナーチューブを延伸させた状態で補強管内に配置し、その後、上記インナーチューブを長さ方向に収縮させるとともに径方向に拡大させ、上記インナーチューブの外面と上記補強管の内面の一部とを直接接触させることにより、上記インナーチューブが、上記補強管の大径部と小径部とからなる隙間に一部侵入して固定されるようにしたことを特徴とするホースの製造方法。
- 上記インナーチューブを、上記補強管内に配置し、加熱により長さ方向に収縮させるとともに径方向に拡大させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のホースの製造方法。
