Description
Claims (6)
- プラスチック又はブリキより成る空の飲料ボトル又は飲料缶としての容器を破砕するための装置であって、
充填開口(2)並びに出口開口(3)を備えたハウジング兼フレーム(1)と、
ハウジング(1)内に配置された切断ユニット(4)と、
切断ユニット(4)を駆動し、制御するための手段とが設けられており、
前記切断ユニット(4)が、回転軸線に関して互いに離隔して配置された少なくとも2つの切断ローラ(4.1及び4.2)を有しており、これら2つの切断ローラ(4.1及び4.2)が、回転軸線(A1若しくはA2)の長手方向で見て少なくとも2つの切断ディスク(5)を有しており、前記切断ユニット(4)が、破砕しようとする容器を粒子(15)状に切断する切断機構であって、該切断機構の引込みギャップに容器(19)を供給するためのセパレータ兼セレクタ(10)が該切断機構に前置されている形式のものにおいて、
前記セパレータ兼セレクタ(10)が、回転軸(11)に配置された複数の翼(12)を備えた単個のセパレータ兼セレクタとして構成されており、中心部に、すなわち回転軸で固定された翼(12)が、該翼(12)の自由な端部に向かって、多角状(17)又はアーチ状(18)に形成されており、該翼(12)の自由な翼端部が、回転方向(R′)で見て遅れて進むようになっており、前記セパレータ兼セレクタ(10)の回転軸(11)と切断機構の切断ローラ(4.1及び4.2)との間隔、並びにセパレータ兼セレクタ(10)の翼(12)の長さ及び形状は、前記容器(19)が、翼(12)の端部領域により切断機構の引込みギャップ内へ押し込まれるように選定されていて、セパレータ兼セレクタ(10)の翼(12)の回転により、供給された容器(19)が切断機構の引込みギャップに供給されることを特徴とする、空の容器を破砕するための装置。 - 前記セパレータ兼セレクタ(10)が、翼軸であり、該翼軸が、3つ又は4つの翼(12)を有している、請求項1記載の装置。
- 隣接した、向かい合った切断ディスク(5)のオーバラップが、0.5mm〜15mmまでの間の値を有している、請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 切断ローラ(4.1及び4.2)の駆動装置(7)が、30〜150回転/分の範囲の回転数のための設計されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 切断ディスク(5)が、周面(5.1)内に加工された溝(6)を有しており、該溝(6)の、周方向(R,R′)に遅れて進む側面(6.3)が、前記周面(5.1)と共に、周方向を向いた鋭角の切断歯(5.3)を形成しており、尖端で始まる溝側面(6.3)が、線状の延び並びにローラ回転方向(R,R′)に対して向けられた延びを有しており、これに接続する移行領域(6.4)が、溝底(6.2)及び/又は周方向に位置する溝側面(6.1)に向かってアーチ状に形成されており、両方の溝側面(6.1及び6.3)が、互いに平行に、又は拡開するように延びており、切断歯(5.3)の尖端角(W)が、45°〜80°までの間である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記切断機構の切断ローラ(4.1及び4.2)の互いに向き合う隣接し合う切断ディスク(5)間に切片遊び(16)が設けられていて、該切片遊び(16)が0.005mm〜2mmまでの値を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
