Description
また、本発明の他の目的は、パワーピストンのリターンスプリングを構成するコイルスプリングに起因する振動を減衰して操作フィーリングを良好にできる倍力装置を提供することである。
図1は、本発明に係るコイルスプリングの防振機構の実施の形態の一例が適用されたされた負圧倍力装置を部分的に示す断面図である。なお、以下の説明において、その例より前の例および前述の図6に示す従来例と同じ構成要素には同じ符号を付すことにより、その詳細な説明は省略する。
図1に示すように、ガイド支持部28は出力軸19に嵌合されて、スプリングリテーナ24を出力軸19と同心となるように径方向に位置決めする。
この例の負圧倍力装置1の他の構成および多の作用効果は、前述の図6に示す従来の負圧倍力装置1と同じである。
また、本発明に係る倍力装置は、ブレーキシステムの倍力装置を始め、操作員の操作力を倍力して用いるような倍力システムや倍力装置に好適に利用可能である。
Claims (2)
- 両端部の座巻き部と、これらの座巻き部の間に連続して設けられるコイル部とからなるコイルスプリングと、前記座巻き部の一方を支持するスプリングリテーナとを備え、前記スプリングリテーナが前記座巻き部の一方を把持する一対の把持部を備えているコイルスプリングの防振機構において、前記スプリングリテーナは第1リテーナと第2リテーナとからなり、前記第1リテーナに、前記一対の把持部のうち一方の把持部が設けられているとともに、前記第2リテーナに、前記一対の把持部のうち他方の把持部が設けられ、前記一対の把持部のうち、一方の把持部が前記コイルスプリングの座巻き部の少なくとも外周側を把持し、他方の把持部が前記コイルスプリングの座巻き部の少なくとも内周側を把持することを特徴とするコイルスプリングの防振機構。
- 入力に応じた動力が作用することで作動し、前記入力を倍力して出力するパワーピストンと、前記コイルスプリングの防振機構は、請求項1記載のコイルスプリングであることを特徴とする倍力装置。
