Description
(i)前記フッ素樹脂が、テトラフルオロエチレン/パーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル共重合体(PFA)であり、
(ii)前記フッ素樹脂チューブ表面の線状擦り傷の最大深さが0.8μm以下であり、
(iii)前記線状擦り傷の最大長さが1mm以下であり、
(iv)前記フッ素樹脂チューブの厚みが100μm以下であり、
(v)前記線状擦り傷が当該フッ素樹脂チューブの軸方向と平行か軸方向に対する傾きが20°以下であり、かつ、
(vi)前記フッ素樹脂チューブが、膨張させたフッ素樹脂チューブの表面を固定部材に擦れさせずに延伸することで得たものであり、かつ、前記フッ素樹脂チューブが、内部に空気を送り込んで膨張させたチューブを2対のピンチローラで挟むことにより空気を封入し、そのピンチローラ間の距離を短縮することでチューブの内圧を高めチューブを膨張させるとともにその膨張径を調整する方法により延伸して得たものであるフッ素樹脂チューブが提供される。

Claims (2)
- 画像形成装置の定着器用回転体を被覆して当該回転体の最外層を構成するための熱収縮性フッ素樹脂チューブであって、
(i)前記フッ素樹脂が、テトラフルオロエチレン/パーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル共重合体(PFA)であり、
(ii)前記フッ素樹脂チューブ表面の線状擦り傷の最大深さが0.8μm以下であり、
(iii)前記線状擦り傷の最大長さが1mm以下であり、
(iv)前記フッ素樹脂チューブの厚みが100μm以下であり、
(v)前記線状擦り傷が当該フッ素樹脂チューブの軸方向と平行か軸方向に対する傾きが20°以下であり、かつ、
(vi)前記フッ素樹脂チューブが、膨張させたフッ素樹脂チューブの表面を固定部材に擦れさせずに延伸することで得たものであり、かつ、前記フッ素樹脂チューブが、内部に空気を送り込んで膨張させたチューブを2対のピンチローラで挟むことにより空気を封入し、そのピンチローラ間の距離を短縮することでチューブの内圧を高めチューブを膨張させるとともにその膨張径を調整する方法により延伸して得たものであるフッ素樹脂チューブ。 - 請求項1に記載のフッ素樹脂チューブを用いて最外層が形成された画像形成装置の定着器用回転体。
