Claims (4)
- 受光素子と電圧一定化回路とを直列に接続し、受光素子と電圧一定化回路との接続点を微分増幅回路及びパルス成形回路を介して信号出力端子に接続した回路構成を有し、前記電圧一定化回路は、エミッタ接地のトランジスタと、該トランジスタのベース・エミッタ間に挿入されるコンデンサと、このトランジスタのベース・コレクタ間に挿入される抵抗器とで構成され、前記トランジスタのコレクタが前記受光素子に接続されていることを特徴とする光学モーションセンサー。
- 前記微分増幅回路は、結合コンデンサと反転増幅器とで構成され、電圧一定化回路のコレクタ電位の変化を結合コンデンサを介して反転増幅器に入力し、反転増幅器でコレクタ電位の変化分を増幅して出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学モーションセンサー。
- 前記パルス成形回路は、二値化回路であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の光学モーションセンサー。
- 前記受光素子は、一端を開口部とする筒状体の内部において筒状体の他端近傍に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れかに記載の光学モーションセンサー。
