Description
幾つかの容量と前記容量の両端に対して各々の一端が接続されている抵抗とを含む夫々1対の入出力を有していて、信号入力側の抵抗値と信号出力側の抵抗値とが略同一である回路素子を備え、
評価対象装置に対して信号を出力する出力装置との接続用端子が前記信号入力側に設けられていて、
前記評価対象装置との接続用端子が前記信号出力側に設けられている。
前記回路素子又は他の回路素子の一方の1対に入力が接続されている第二の増幅器と、を備えていて、
前記回路素子の他方の1対に評価対象装置が接続され、前記評価対象装置へ信号を出力する出力装置が前記第一及び第二の増幅器に対して接続される。
(実施形態1)
図1は、本発明の実施形態1の評価システムの模式的な構成を示す回路図である。図1に示す評価システムは、以下説明する、出力装置10と、評価装置20と、評価対象装置30とに大別される。
図5は、本発明の実施形態2の評価システムの模式的な構成を示す回路図である。この評価装置20は、第一の増幅器21及び第二の増幅器22と回路素子24との間に、直流ノイズの削減、及び、後述するパルストランス34の能力評価を行うために、パルストランス23を設けている点が、図1に示した評価システムと相違する。
図7は、本発明の実施形態3の評価システムの模式的な構成を示す回路図である。この評価装置20は、第一の増幅器21及び第二の増幅器22と回路素子24との間に、パルストランス23を設けていて、かつ、回路素子24を複数の抵抗素子25から構成している点が、図1に示した評価システムと相違する。
Claims (4)
- 出力装置と評価対象装置との間に設けられていて、前記出力装置からの信号を前記評価対象装置に入力させた場合に、前記信号に基づく所要の応答が当該評価対象装置からなされるか否かを評価するための評価装置であって、
前記出力装置からの信号を増幅する第一の増幅器と、
前記評価対象装置からの信号を増幅する第二の増幅器と、
前記各増幅器によって増幅される信号をそれぞれ減衰する一又は二以上の回路素子とを備え、
前記回路素子は、
一対の評価用伝送線間に置かれる容量と、
前記一対の評価用伝送線の少なくとも一方に直接接続される複数の抵抗とを含み、
前記第一及び第二の増幅器と前記評価対象装置とを実際に結ぶ一対の伝送路に基づいて前記容量の値と前記抵抗の値とが決定される評価装置。 - 前記各増幅器と前記回路素子との間にローパスフィルタ、磁気結合部又は容量結合部を備える、請求項1記載の評価装置。
- 前記回路素子は、負荷回路を含む、請求項1記載の評価装置。
- 請求項1記載の評価装置と、
前記評価装置に接続されていて前記評価対象装置に対して信号を出力する出力装置とを備える、評価システム。
