Claims (11)
- 塗料循環装置用背圧調整器において、
調整器上流の塗料圧力を調整できるように、固定された構造体と流路の幅を変化させるために可動である面との間に少なくともその一部が配置される塗料用流路と、
前記塗料用流路から分離された室であって、当該調整器の操作を制御する加圧流体の供給源に連通する開口を有する室とを具備し、
前記室への加圧流体の供給は、前記上流の塗料圧力を調整するための第一圧力と、前記上流の塗料圧力の調整をできないようにすると共に前記塗料用流路を通って自由に塗料が流れることができるようにする第二圧力とで独立して制御可能である、塗料循環装置用背圧調整器。 - 塗料循環装置用背圧調整器において、
調整器上流の塗料圧力を調整できるように、固定された構造体と流路の幅を変化させるために可動である面との間に少なくともその一部が配置される塗料用流路と、
前記塗料用流路から分離された室であって、当該調整器の操作を制御する加圧流体の供給源に連通する開口を有する室とを具備し、
前記室に供給された加圧流体は、当該調整器による塗料圧力の規制を排除するために操作可能である、塗料循環装置用背圧調整器。 - 前記可動面は可撓性膜の面である請求項1又は2に記載の塗料循環装置用背圧調整器。
- 前記加圧流体は圧縮空気である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の塗料循環装置用背圧調整器。
- 前記室に供給された加圧流体は、前記流路における塗料圧力に抗して前記流路を制限するための力を前記可動面に供給するために操作可能である請求項1に記載の塗料循環装置用背圧調整器。
- 前記室に供給された加圧流体は、当該調整器による塗料圧力の規制を排除するために操作可能である請求項1に記載の塗料循環装置用背圧調整器。
- 前記加圧流体が前記室に供給されないときに、前記流路における塗料圧力に抗して前記流路を制限するために操作可能である付勢手段を具備する請求項2又は6に記載の塗料循環装置用背圧調整器。
- 前記付勢手段はコイルバネである請求項7に記載の塗料循環装置用背圧調整器。
- 前記付勢手段は調節可能な強さを有する請求項7又は8に記載の塗料循環装置用背圧調整器。
- 前記調整器の上流の塗料圧力は、前記室に供給される流体圧力を変化させることにより調節可能な設定値に制御可能である請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の塗料循環装置用背圧調整器。
- 蓄積効果のために2つ以上の室を使用する請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の塗料循環装置用背圧調整器。
