Claims (7)
- 反射膜が高屈折率材料膜と低屈折率材料膜による積層膜で構成されているミラー素子と、
前記ミラー素子の背後に配置された黒色マスク部材と、
前記黒色マスク部材の背後に配置され、光軸が該黒色マスク部材を介して前記ミラー素子の面に向けられた近赤外カメラとを具備し、
前記ミラー素子は可視域での積分球反射率が40〜60%で、近赤外域での透過率が前記近赤外カメラの全感度波長域のうち近赤外域に属する帯域の一部または全部の帯域で70%以上であり、
前記黒色マスク部材の少なくとも前記近赤外カメラを配置した箇所の近赤外域での透過率が前記近赤外カメラの全感度波長域のうち近赤外域に属する帯域の一部または全部の帯域で70%以上であり、
前記ミラー素子の近赤外域での透過率が70%以上である前記帯域と、前記黒色マスク部材の近赤外域での透過率が70%以上である前記帯域とが相互に重なる帯域を有し、
前記黒色マスク部材の少なくとも前記近赤外カメラを配置した箇所は前記ミラー素子の背面に装着された可視光吸収・近赤外透過フィルターで構成されている撮像装置付きバックミラー。 - 前記黒色マスク部材の背後に配置された近赤外ランプをさらに具備し、
該近赤外ランプから発した近赤外光を前記黒色マスク部材の、近赤外域での透過率が70%以上である前記箇所および前記ミラー素子を透過させて該ミラー素子の前面から出射させる請求項1記載の撮像装置付きバックミラー。 - 前記ミラー素子の可視域での反射ピーク波長が500〜550nmである請求項1または2記載の撮像装置付きバックミラー。
- 前記高屈折率材料膜がTiO2膜、前記低屈折率材料膜がSiO2膜であり、積層数が3層または4層である請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の撮像装置付きバックミラー。
- 前記ミラー素子の前面に光触媒物質を含む親水機能層を形成してなる請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の撮像装置付きバックミラー。
- 前記ミラー素子の前面に光触媒層と親水層の積層膜を形成してなる請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の撮像装置付きバックミラー。
- 黒色マスク部材で構成された基板の表面に高屈折率材料膜と低屈折率材料膜による積層膜で構成されている反射膜を形成したミラー素子と、
前記ミラー素子の背後に配置され、光軸が該ミラー素子の面に向けられた近赤外カメラとを具備し、
前記反射膜は可視域での積分球反射率が40〜60%で、近赤外域での透過率が前記近赤外カメラの全感度波長域のうち近赤外域に属する帯域の一部または全部の帯域で70%以上であり、
前記基板の少なくとも前記近赤外カメラを配置した箇所の近赤外域での透過率が前記近赤外カメラの全感度波長域のうち近赤外域に属する帯域の一部または全部の帯域で70%以上であり、
前記反射膜の近赤外域での透過率が70%以上である前記帯域と、前記基板の近赤外域での透過率が70%以上である前記帯域とが相互に重なる帯域を有し、
前記基板の少なくとも前記近赤外カメラを配置した箇所は可視光吸収・近赤外透過フィルターで構成されている撮像装置付きバックミラー。
