a=0の場合、0.5原子%≦d≦5原子%である。)
から本質的になる組成FeaNi(残余)CrbMocCudSieBfPgを有する金属溶融物が与えられる。
FeaNi(残余)CrbMocCudSieBfPg
(式中、0原子%≦a≦50原子%;5原子%≦b≦18原子%;0.2原子%<c≦3原子%;4原子%≦e≦15原子%;4原子%≦f≦15原子%;0原子%≦g≦6原子%;残余がNi;であり、そして、
0原子%<a≦50原子%の場合、0.5原子%≦d<3原子%であり;そして、
a=0の場合、0.5原子%≦d≦5原子%である。)
から本質的になるFeaNi(残余)CrbMocCudSieBfPgの溶融物を与えることと、
動く冷却用表面の上で約105℃/秒より大きい速度で前記溶融物を急速固化することにより無定形鑞付け用合金箔を製造することと、
接合すべき金属部品の間に前記鑞付け用合金箔を適用することにより鑞付け複合体を形成することと、
前記鑞付け複合体を前記鑞付け用合金箔の液相温度より高い温度へ加熱することと、
接合すべき金属部品の間に接合部の形成を伴った鑞付け複合体を冷却することと、
を含む。
Claims (9)
- FeaNi(残余)CrbMocCudSieBfPg
(式中、a=0又は3原子%≦a≦50原子%;
5原子%≦b≦14原子%;
0.2原子%<c≦3原子%;
1原子%≦d≦2原子%;
7原子%≦e≦12原子%;
5原子%≦f≦13原子%;
0原子%≦g≦6原子%;である)からなる組成を有し、
鉄、クロム、モリブデン、銅、シリコン、臭素及びリン以外の残余がニッケル及び不可避不純物からなり、
液相温度が1200℃より低い、鑞付け用合金。 - 請求項1に記載の鑞付け用合金を用いて製造された少なくとも一つの鑞付け継ぎ目を有する熱交換器。
- 請求項1に記載の鑞付け用合金を、接合すべき二つ以上の部品の間に適用し、然も、前記接合すべき部品が前記鑞付け用合金より高い溶融温度を有すること
と、
前記鑞付け複合体を前記鑞付け用合金の液相温度より高い温度へ加熱することと、
前記接合すべき部品の間に鑞付け接合部の形成を伴った鑞付け複合体を冷却すること
とを含む、二つ以上の部品を接合する方法。 - 熱交換器、排気ガス再循環冷却器、又は燃料電池の二つ以上の部品を鑞付けするための、請求項1に記載の鑞付け用合金の使用。
- 請求項1に記載の鑞付け用合金から、少なくとも一つの鑞付け継ぎ目を製造することを特徴とする、鑞付け目的物。
- 熱交換器、排気ガス再循環冷却器、又は燃料電池として用いるための、請求項5に記載の鑞付け目的物。
- 還元性又は酸化性酸性媒体中で用いるための、請求項5に記載の鑞付け目的物。
- 更に、硫酸イオン及び/又は硝酸イオン及び/又は塩化物イオンを含む還元性又は酸化性酸性媒体中で用いるための、請求項5に記載の鑞付け目的物。
- 内燃機関の還元性又は酸化性酸性媒体中で用いるための、請求項5に記載の鑞付け目的物。
