Description
Claims (6)
- 内燃機関の連続ループの動力伝達システム用のテンショナであって、前記連続ループが、第1のストランドと第2のストランドとを有するチェーンからなり、各ストランドが、駆動シャフトに連結された駆動スプロケットと、少なくとも1つのカムシャフトに連結された少なくとも1つの被駆動スプロケットとの間に配置されるテンショナにおいて、
a)内燃機関に枢動可能に取り付けられる第1の端部及び第2の端部と、前記第1のチェーンストランドに動作可能に係合するチェーン摺動面とを有する第1のテンショニングアームと、
b)内燃機関に枢動可能に取り付けられる第1の端部及び第2の端部と、前記第2のチェーンストランドに動作可能に係合されたチェーン摺動面とを有する第2のテンショニングアームと、
c)i)中央部と、第1の端部と、第2の端部とを有する平坦な上部テンショナヨークと、
ii)中央部と、第1の端部と、第2の端部とを有する平坦な下部テンショナヨークと、
iii)中央ブッシュ積層体と、
iv)前記一方のヨークピンに当接する第1の脚と、前記内燃機関に接続される第2の脚を含み、皿ばねを囲むトーションスプリングと、
を有するツーウェイダンパーと、
d)第1のテンショニングアームに第1のヨークピンを連結する第1のリンク機構と、第2のテンションアームに第2のヨークピンを連結する第2のリンク機構と、
を備え、
前記上部テンショナヨークおよび下部テンショナヨークは、前記上部テンショナヨークの第1の端部と前記下部テンショナヨークの第1の端部とに連結される第1のヨークピンと、前記上部テンショナヨークの第2の端部と前記下部テンショナヨークの第2の端部とに連結される第2のヨークピンによって、互いに同一平面且つ間隔をおいて配置され、
前記中央ブッシュ積層体は、
A)取付けピンを収容するための穴と、前記上部テンショナヨークの上面に接触する上部フランジと、前記下部テンショナヨークの下面に接触する下部フランジとを有し、前記上部テンショナヨークの中央部及び前記下部テンショナヨークの中央部を貫通する中央ブッシュと、
B)中央ブッシュを囲む皿ばねと、
C)前記中央ブッシュを囲み、前記皿ばねの上側に位置する上部スプリングブッシュと、
D)前記中央ブッシュを囲み、前記皿ばねの下側に位置する下部スプリングブッシュと、
を有し、
内燃機関に設置された際に、前記トーションスプリングが付勢トルクを与え、前記中央ブッシュの周りに前記ツーウェイダンパーの枢転運動を生じさせ、前記第1のリンク機構及び第2のリンク機構が横方向に移動して、前記第1のテンショニングアームと前記第2のテンショニングアームを内側に引き込み、前記チェーンの前記第1のストランドと第2のストランドに張力を与え、
前記取付けピンを押し込むことによる前記中央ブッシュ積層体の圧縮は、前記上部テンショナヨークと前記中央ブッシュの上部フランジとの間、及び前記下部テンショナヨークと前記中央ブッシュの下部フランジとの間に、前記枢転運動に抵抗する抵抗性を生じさせる、
テンショナ。 - 前記ツーウェイダンパーが、各テンショニングアームの前記第1の端部の間の位置で前記内燃機関に枢動可能に取り付けられてなる請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記第1のリンク機構及び前記第2のリンク機構が少なくとも1つの補強アームを有する請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記第1のテンショニングアームの前記第2の端部と前記第2のテンショニングアームの前記第2の端部とが、同じ位置で前記内燃機関に枢動可能に取り付けられる請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記第1のテンショニングアームの前記チェーン摺動面に、少なくとも1つの細長いブレードスプリングをさらに備える請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記第2のテンショニングアームの前記チェーン摺動面に、少なくとも1つの細長いブレードスプリングをさらに備える請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
