Description
Claims (15)
- 内燃機関の連続ループの動力伝達システム用のテンショナであって、前記連続ループが、第1のストランドと第2のストランドとを有するチェーンからなり、各ストランドが、駆動シャフトに連結された駆動スプロケットと、少なくとも1つのカムシャフトに連結された少なくとも1つの被駆動スプロケットとの間に配置されるテンショナにおいて、
a)第1の端部と、第2の端部と、前記第1のチェーンストランドに動作可能に係合するチェーン摺動面とを有する第1のテンショニングアームと、
b)第1の端部と、第2の端部と、前記第2のチェーンストランドに動作可能に係合されたチェーン摺動面とを有する第2のテンショニングアームと、
c)比較的平坦な上部テンショナヨークと、比較的平坦な下部テンショナヨークとを有するツーウェイダンパーであって、前記上部テンショナヨークおよび下部テンショナヨークが互いに相対的に同一平面に配置されるツーウェイダンパーと、
を備えるテンショナ。 - 前記ツーウェイダンパーが、各テンショニングアームの前記第1の端部の間の位置で前記内燃機関に枢動可能に取り付けられ、第1のリンク機構が第1のヨークピンにより前記第1のテンショニングアームの前記第1の端部を前記ツーウェイダンパーに連結し、第2のリンク機構が第2のヨークピンにより前記第2のテンショニングアームの前記第1の端部を前記ツーウェイダンパーに連結する請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記ツーウェイダンパーが第1の方向に枢動可能であるか、あるいは、前記チェーンの張力の連続的な変化に応じて両方のチェーンストランドに対して張力を実質的に均一に調整するために、逆の第2の方向に枢動可能である請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記上部テンショナヨークが中央ブッシュによって前記下部テンショナヨークから分離され、前記中央ブッシュが、取付ピンを収容するための穴と上部環状フランジと下部環状フランジとを有する請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記取付ピンが前記テンショナの枢転運動を可能にする請求項4に記載のテンショナ。
- 皿ばねが前記中央ブッシュを囲み、前記皿ばねが、上部スプリングブッシュによって前記上部テンショナヨークから分離され、下部スプリングブッシュによって前記下部テンショナヨークから分離される請求項4に記載のテンショナ。
- トーションスプリングが前記皿ばねを囲み、前記トーションスプリングの一方の脚が前記ヨークピンの一方に当接し、前記トーションスプリングの他方の脚が前記内燃機関に接続される請求項6に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記取付ピンによる前記トーションスプリングの圧縮と前記皿ばねの長さとにより、前記中央ブッシュと前記上部テンショナヨークとの相互作用面、および前記中央ブッシュと前記下部テンショナヨークとの相互作用面間に抗力係数が生じる請求項6に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記抗力係数が、前記テンショナを前記第1の方向または前記第2の方向に回転させるために実質的に等しい請求項8に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記リンク機構の各々が少なくとも1つの補強アームを有する請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記第1のテンショニングアームの前記第2の端部が前記内燃機関に枢動可能に取り付けられる請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記第2のテンショニングアームの前記第2の端部が前記内燃機関に枢動可能に取り付けられる請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記第1のテンショニングアームの前記第2の端部と前記第2のテンショニングアームの前記第2の端部とが、同じ位置で前記内燃機関に枢動可能に取り付けられる請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記第1のテンショニングアームの前記チェーン摺動面に、少なくとも1つの細長いブレードスプリングをさらに備える請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記第2のテンショニングアームの前記チェーン摺動面に、少なくとも1つの細長いブレードスプリングをさらに備える請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
