Claims (28)
- 成形部材とマイクロ波発生器の間に配置されたサセプタにマイクロ波放射線を照射するマイクロ波発生器を備えてなる、歯科成形部材を加熱する装置であり、前記サセプタが少なくとも部分的に内側リング(16)ならびに外側リング(18)の両方を形成し、前記成形部材(12,14)を前記内側リング(16)と外側リング(18)の間に配置することを特徴とする装置。
- サセプタが内側リング(16)と外側リング(18)の間にリング空間(26)を突っ張り形成し、前記リング空間(26)の半径方向の長さが実質的に一定であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記リング空間(26)の半径方向の長さが前記内側リング(16)の直径の0.5倍ないし2倍となることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- サセプタの内側リング(16)および/または外側リング(18)が楕円形あるいは円形に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 内側リング(16)および外側リング(18)のいずれもが直立する四角形の断面を有し、その際に高さがリングの直径の20ないし120%となることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記高さがリングの直径の50ないし85%となることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記高さがリングの直径の65ないし75%となることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 内側リング(16)と外側リング(18)が均一な温度分布を有する熱処理空間として閉鎖型の容器を突っ張り形成してその中に加熱される成形部材(12,14)を配置することを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記容器がマイクロ波放射線に対して少なくとも部分的に透過性であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 内側リング(16)と外側リング(18)がサセプタとしてマイクロ波放射線を吸収し熱線を均一化して放出することを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 内側リング(16)および/または外側リング(18)がそれぞれ閉鎖式の電流回路を形成することを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記それぞれ閉鎖式の電流回路が半導体として形成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- サセプタが半導体として形成されてその表面に二酸化珪素からなる保護層を備えそれが電気絶縁の作用を成すことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- サセプタのリング形状のサセプタ要素が互いに電気絶縁性に作用することを特徴とする請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記サセプタ要素が電気絶縁性の表面上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。
- 各サセプタ要素が実質的に均等な高さおよび/または壁厚を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし15のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記各サセプタ要素の高さが前記成形部材(12,14)の高さを数倍上回ることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのサセプタ要素が円対称に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし17のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのサセプタ要素がその軸周りで回転可能に支承されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の装置。
- サセプタ要素(16,18)の壁厚がマイクロ波発生器によって形成されるマイクロ波放射線の波長λの1/70ないし1/40となることを特徴とする請求項1ないし19のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記サセプタ要素(16,18)の壁厚が1.8mmないし2.5mmの厚さとなることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の装置。
- 各サセプタ要素(16,18)の高さがマイクロ波発生器の波長λと共通因数を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし21のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 各サセプタ要素(16,18)の高さがλ/2あるいはλ/4となることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の装置。
- サセプタ要素(16,18)が互いに同心に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし23のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記サセプタ要素(16,18)が相互に一体的に結合されることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 各サセプタ要素(16,18)が円環形状の基底部(30)あるいはスペーサを介して互いに結合されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし25のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 各サセプタ要素(16,18)の間に球体層を備えた円環形状の空間(26)が形成されていて、前記空間(26)は球体層の球体を備えており、および/または前記空間(26)が中空球体、破砕球体、粉末またはいわゆるフレークを含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし26のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記球体層の球体は高密度に焼結された二酸化ジルコニウムおよび/またはAl 2 O 3 からなることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の装置。
